Welcome to your Yoga Nidra practice.

This practice is intended to clear brain fog,

Allowing you to feel clarity in the mind and peace.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Lying down,

Getting as cozy as you can.

We will begin by tuning into our breath awareness.

As we breathe in through the nose,

We exhale,

Sigh,

Let that go.

Inhaling through the nose,

And exhaling,

Sigh,

Let that go.

Allowing your body and mind to connect to this present moment.

In your next breaths,

We will set the intention of clearing brain fog.

As you inhale in,

Repeat the words,

I embrace a state of mental clarity and peace.

I embrace a state of mental clarity and peace.

As we shift into this place of relaxation,

The body will become heavier,

And the mind will become clearer.

We begin to focus our energy into the space above the head.

As we breathe a breath,

The awareness draws down into the space between the eyebrows,

Releasing our energy,

Our awareness onto the forehead,

Softening our muscles,

We feel the eyelids becoming heavier as they close over top of our eyes,

Noticing the cheeks,

Point of starlight,

The lips,

Point of starlight,

The jaw,

Point of starlight,

The chest and heart space,

Point of starlight.

Breathing a breath into the chest and heart space,

The body becomes heavier,

The mind becomes clearer,

Focusing awareness onto the left shoulder,

Point of starlight,

Down to the left elbow,

Down to the left wrist,

Point of starlight,

Palm of the left hand,

Point of starlight,

All five fingers,

Point of starlight,

The entire left side of the body becomes heavier,

Heavier,

Heavier,

The mind becomes lighter,

The mind becomes lighter.

Breathing into a place of relaxation,

Awareness on the chest,

Point of starlight,

Right shoulder,

Point of starlight,

Right elbow,

Point of starlight,

Right wrist,

Point of starlight,

Palm of the right hand,

Point of starlight,

All five fingers,

Point of starlight,

The entire right side of the body becomes heavier,

Heavier,

Heavier,

Lighter,

Lighter,

Lighter.

You free yourself of the stress and tension causing brain fog.

You free yourself into clarity as the clouds part and the sun shines through.

You enter into a state of focus free from brain fog as the clouds part and the sun shines.

You feel clear,

Centered,

Focused as you embrace a state of mental clarity and peace.

Awareness on the hips,

Point of starlight,

The left thigh,

The left knee,

Point of starlight,

The left ankle,

Point of starlight,

Top of the left,

The entire left side of the body becomes heavier,

Heavier,

Heavier as you drift into relaxation.

The mind becomes empty,

Free.

The mind becomes clear,

Centered,

Focused.

The mind becomes lighter,

Lighter,

Lighter.

You embrace a state of mental clarity and peace within your mind.

Awareness on the hips,

Point of starlight,

The right thigh,

Point of starlight,

Right knee,

Point of starlight,

Right ankle,

Point of starlight,

Top of the right foot,

Point of starlight,

Bottom of the right foot,

Point of starlight and all five toes,

Point of starlight.

The entire right side of your body becomes heavier,

Heavier,

Heavier as you drift into relaxation,

Lighter as you embrace a state of mental clarity and peace.

You begin to focus on a white light floating above the head.

This white light represents healing energy as it enters through the top of the head into the mind and brain.

It clears you of stress and tension,

Freeing your mind from brain fog and allowing clarity,

Focus to enter.

This white light frees you,

Allowing you to feel centered.

Every moment you are becoming clearer,

Your mind is crystal clear,

Free from clouds.

This white light frees you as you embrace a state of mental clarity and peace.

Thank you thank you thank you Jade for another gem. I loved the repetition of “point of starlight”. Do those words have a particular significance? The practice quickly took me inward to deeply relax and get to that state where I’m almost asleep but very much awake at the same time. It’s fascinating how your words guide attention to parts of the body but then in stillness and with the sound bath that my mind almost is almost disassociated from my body apart from a gentle awareness of my breath. At the end of the practice I was totally refreshed and ready to continue my day with clarity Truely grateful to you and yoga nidra / NSDR A gift ♥️🙏🏾🫶💓
