This is an excellent sleep meditation, thank you Linda. I find some sleep tracks have too much of a quality of "doing" to them, like I feel I have to stay awake to make sure I'm following the instructions! But Linda's soothing, hypnotic voice; her choice of words; and the background music are pitched just right to be a comforting guide while you are still awake, but soft enough to feel possible to drift off mid-meditation if you're ready to. I've listened to this track several times each night recently as I've been caring for my poorly dog. Every time I've returned to bed in the small hours after taking him out for an emergency bathroom break, having Linda's voice to help me settle back to sleep has brought me much comfort, and much-needed sleep. A great resource for any time my sleep gets disturbed. Thank you 🙏
