A Body-Based Practice For Living With M.E. Or Fibromyalgia
by Linda Hall
A deeply relaxing, grounding practice to support nervous system regulation and help the body enter a state of healing, repair, and restoration. It's for anyone who feels wired, on edge, or easily overwhelmed, including people living with chronic fatigue, ME/CFS, or fibromyalgia. At a slow, unhurried pace, you'll be guided through grounding, mindfulness, and breath awareness, woven together with kind, positive affirmations. Soft, unintrusive music plays in the background, with sensory overwhelm in mind. Afterward, you may feel calmer, more settled in your body, and a little kinder toward yourself. Over time, practices like this can help you build skills to self-regulate when your system feels overloaded. Use it when you feel wired but tired, need to rest without forcing it, or want a quiet reset during a flare or a hard day. Music: "A New Dusk" by Jeremy Siegel
