The Beliefs Running the Show
Underneath every pattern is a belief, and most of the time we don't even know it's there. In this lesson, we uncover the quiet beliefs running in the background of your choices, things like I have to earn my worth, or it's not safe to let people down. These beliefs were often formed a long time ago, and they've been shaping your decisions ever since, usually without you realizing it. When you can see the belief, you can start to question whether it's actually true, and whether it's still yours to carry. Why Affirmations Haven't Worked (Yet)
If affirmations have ever felt hollow, like you're just repeating words you don't believe, this lesson explains why. Affirmations only work when they match what you believe is possible underneath. What You're Really Consuming
When we hear the word consumption, we usually think of food. But you're taking in so much more than that every day: the news, the scrolling, the conversations, other people's moods and energy. In this lesson we become aware of everything you consume and how it quietly feeds your patterns. Once you see what you're taking in, you get to choose what stays and what goes. This is the turning point of our journey. For the first six days we've been understanding where your patterns come from and how they've been running you. Now we begin to shift. Your Mind Is Trying to Keep You Safe
Overthinking isn't a character flaw, it's your mind trying to protect you. In this lesson we look at the overthinking loop and why your mind spins when it senses a threat, even when that threat is just a text message or an unanswered question. Your mind thinks it's keeping you safe. Once you understand what it's actually doing, you can begin to step out of the loop instead of getting pulled deeper in. Trusting Yourself More Than Other People

Nervous System Regulation Is the Key

You'll learn what regulation actually feels like and simple ways to tell your body it's safe to come down off the mountain. Your Body Is Talking to You

Creating a New Baseline
You've come so far. Over these lessons you've seen where your patterns began, how your brain and beliefs hold them in place, and how they show up in your mind, your energy, and your body. In this final lesson we talk about creating a new baseline, the new normal your system learns to recognize as home. Old patterns will still visit, and that's okay, you have full permission to wobble. What's different now is that you can see them, and seeing is what changes everything. This lesson closes with healing work you can return to anytime the old patterns come knocking.
