Welcome to your morning alignment meditation.

Let's begin by taking a slow,

Easy breath in.

And on the exhale,

Let it fall out of your body without any effort.

Feel your shoulders soften.

Let your belly loosen.

Let your whole system know that it's safe to slow down.

Safe to arrive.

Safe to be here.

As you breathe,

Imagine your energy gently returning to you.

Any places you left yourself yesterday.

Any pieces of you scattered in worry or planning.

Call them home.

Call yourself home.

Let your breath deepen.

And as you settle into this moment,

Feel the ground beneath you.

Steady,

Supportive.

Always holding you,

Even when you forget to lean back.

Take another breath,

Slow and soft.

And feel your body open up just a little bit more.

Now imagine a warm golden light forming above your head.

It's soft,

Gentle.

The kind of light that feels like the morning sun on your skin.

Let it pour down through the crown of your head.

Warmth,

Clarity,

A quiet kind of confidence.

Let it move down your face,

Your jaw,

Your throat,

Your heart.

As it flows,

It clears the residue of yesterday.

Any heaviness,

Any pressure,

Any expectations that don't belong to you.

Let it move down your ribs,

Your belly,

Your hips,

Your legs,

All the way to your feet.

Feel yourself anchored,

Present,

Here.

Place a hand on your heart if that feels good.

And from this softer place,

Whisper inward.

Today,

I choose clarity.

Today,

I choose presence.

Today,

I choose trust.

Let those words echo through your chest.

Breathe in clarity.

Breathe out anything that no longer needs to be carried.

Breathe in presence.

Breathe out pressure.

Breathe in trust.

Breathe out doubt.

Now imagine your day stretching out in front of you like a gentle pathway.

No rush,

No force.

Just the next aligned step,

And then the next.

See yourself walking this path with steady energy,

Clear boundaries,

An open heart,

And the deep knowing that you don't have to figure out everything at once.

You only need to listen,

Respond,

Trust the moment right in front of you.

Take a breath into that truth.

And now set your intention for the day.

Let it rise naturally in your heart,

Not from your mind,

But from the part of you that already knows what you need.

Maybe today you choose ease.

Maybe you choose confidence.

Maybe you choose joy or flow or gentleness or devotion.

Whatever it is,

Let it land in your body.

Whisper it softly to yourself.

Today,

I choose and finish it slowly inside your heart.

Feel the energy of that intention filling your chest,

Moving through your belly,

Down your legs into the ground beneath you.

Let your whole body say yes.

Now take one more breath,

Slow,

Warm,

Grounded.

Feel your energy aligned.

Feel your heart open.

Feel your mind clear and steady.

You are ready for this day.

You are supported as you move through it.

You are guided with every step.

And you are capable of meeting whatever comes with clarity,

Grace and trust.

When you're ready,

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Gently invite awareness back into your body and open your eyes.

Carry this softness and this intention into the rest of your day.
