Welcome to this beautiful grounding meditation.
I invite you to sit cross-legged or laying down.
Just make sure that you're comfortable.
Bringing awareness now with a nice deep inhale at the base of your spine.
Imagining this beautiful white light comes from your spine all the way up.
A nice deep exhale from your throat.
Once again inhaling feeling into that base of your spine.
That inhale comes all the way up nourishing your spine and then exhale from your throat chakra.
Once again inhaling from the base of the spine coming all the way up and exhale from the throat chakra.
Allowing yourself again to imagine this inhale coming from the base of your spine and this white light coming up coming all the way around your spine and exhaling whenever you're ready.
Imagining this white light continues to go up and out through the crown of your head through the top of your head.
It's this beautiful white light that seems like fireworks coming out of the crown of your head.
You start to see this beautiful white light circling around your head around your neck.
It starts circling around your shoulders and around your chest and it reminds me of Cinderella and her fairy godmother when her fairy godmother is wrapping her in that beautiful white light to create a gorgeous dress.
We're doing exactly that right now but we are grounding and centering.
This white light continues to go around your arms and around your waist around your hips and around your legs around your knees and your ankles.
Imagining that this white light in your mind's eye that you can see it dancing at your feet and it starts going through the bottom of your feet and it breaks through layers of earth.
It goes right through the earth and you can see it breaking through layers and layers and layers and it's going at lightning speed.
It has a destination.
It knows where it's going.
It has a purpose and it continues to break through layers and layers as it finds the center of the earth and once it gets close it starts slowing down and starts wrapping itself around the center of the earth over and over again and you can feel a slight tug at your feet and imagining that because of this tug that it's reminding you that you are connected,
You are guided,
You are loved by mother earth,
The beautiful Gaia.
And imagining that that white light continues to circle around and around and around and it does one last loop around and then it starts going back up the same way it came and continues to come up and up through that pathway once again gaining momentum and going at lightning speed.
It continues to travel up and up and through until finally in your mind's eye you can see that white light dancing at your feet again.
It's come all the way back up.
It knew it was coming right back up to you and allowing that white light to continue to go around your ankles and around your legs,
Around your knees,
And your thigh,
And your hips,
And your waist,
Allowing the white light to come around your chest and your arm.
And your arm and then allowing that white light when you inhale imagining that as you inhale it expands the white light and makes it stronger and as you exhale it's allowing you to release any limiting beliefs from your body.
So inhaling allowing that white light and imagining in your mind's eye that that white light is expanding and growing all around you.
You have the power.
Exhale allowing any of those limiting beliefs that are stuck in your body to release.
Inhale allow that power to come bringing that white light power.
Exhale let go of any limiting beliefs.
Once again inhale and allow that white light to grow to create more power all around you.
Exhale let go of the limiting beliefs and just allowing yourself to breathe normally bringing your breath back to a normal rhythm and allowing yourself to start wiggling your toes and your fingers coming back into the room and just recognizing how you felt before the practice and how you're feeling now.
Is your nervous system a little bit more regulated?
And allowing yourself to recognize how powerful that felt and maybe what limiting beliefs you had thought of to let go.
