I'll be guiding you through a short meditation to bring connection to the body. In this connection, we will release and relax the body to help you get grounded. Feel relaxed, renewed, and filled up with self-love after this meditation.

Self Talk, Self Care And Boundaries
So what is your self-talk to your body? We'll go deep to discover and uncover the relationship with your body & how to bring in more connection and love. Discovering the best self-care practice(s) for you. We'll look at your boundaries and how to understand how your body is connected.
Lezione 5
Bringing More Self Love To The Body
In this lesson, we will be looking at your day-to-day life. What is the first thing you do when you wake up and before you go to bed? We'll look more closely at the energy you are bringing through your daily activities to bring clarity to the best self-love actions for yourself.
Lezione 6
Self Love Embodiment Meditation
We'll close out this course with a short self-love embodiment meditation. In this meditation getting grounded in that self-love in every cell, muscle, and tissue of the body. Feel more relaxed, grounded, and connected to yourself.
