Sit down in a chair.
Make sure your feet are grounded,
Your back is straight,
Your arms open,
And eyes closed.
And smile.
All these components will help the energy flow throughout your whole body.
Take a deep breath.
Feel your waist has an invisible rope around it with an anchor attached,
Grounded to the center of the earth.
Imagine anchors coming out through your feet to the center of the earth.
Feel your whole body,
Your mind,
And your spirit all very grounded.
Imagine you're being showered with love and light throughout your whole body,
All your muscles,
And your cells.
Feel that you're taken care of in this moment and always.
Feel the peace,
Calmness,
And bliss coming out through your heart.
Breathe.
Feel love going through your head,
Down your neck,
Shoulders,
Spine,
Arms,
And out through your hands.
Then feel the love through your heart,
Your stomach,
To your hips,
Through your thighs,
Through your knees,
To your ankles,
And out through your feet.
Sending loving energy anywhere you feel tension.
And breathe.
Imagine you're being showered with love and light throughout your whole body,
Muscles,
And cells.
Feel that you're taken care of in this moment and always.
Feel the peace,
Calmness,
Bliss coming out through your heart.
Think of anywhere you feel that you need more love in your life and send loving energy to that person,
Situation,
Body part,
And send it back to yourself.
Send loving feelings.
And imagine the love is pushing the energy out.
Remember to smile.
Feel you're surrounded in a cocoon of love,
Grounded to the center of the earth.
Every cell,

And tissue is pure love.
