Meet your Teacher

Please meet Lisa, an Intuitive Energy Reader, and Healer. Her journey began as a teenager educating herself on self-improvement material. In her mid-twenties, she attended a spiritual school learning how to read auras, chakras, past lives, and energy healing. That school she attended for four and a half years. Since attending that school she has studied with various sought-out teachers and mentors in the spiritual self-development community. We'll look at the power of gratitude, laughter, breathing techniques, and more. I'll be sharing my favorite affirmations and one that helped me get through a difficult period of life where the future was uncertain.

Unwind Your Mind

We'll discuss the best way to prep the subconscious before sleep and when we wake up. Closing out with a self love mind meditation focusing on releasing the thoughts that no longer serve you and calling on the higher vibrational thoughts bringing in more love and joy into your life.
