Letting Go: Guided Meditations for Choosing Yourself.
Welcome to Letting Go, a meditation series designed to help you release the weight of others’ judgments and reconnect with your true self.
In Meditation No. 1: Let Them Criticize, you’ll be gently guided to let go of criticism and the burden of others’ opinions. Using the ancient practice of Vipassana — deep insight meditation — you’ll cultivate mindful awareness of your breath (Anapanasati) to stay grounded in the present moment.
Feel yourself become steady and calm with each inhale, and soften as you exhale, releasing what no longer serves you. This session features a healing tuning forks soundscape, specially chosen to soothe your nervous system, quiet mental noise, and bring energetic balance.
Through focused breathing and compassionate witnessing, you’ll nurture a strong sense of inner worth that doesn’t depend on external validation. Learn to observe without absorbing, to let go without needing to explain or defend.
This meditation is an act of self-love and empowerment — a quiet rebellion against shrinking to fit others’ expectations. Choose yourself, and in doing so, free yourself and those around you.
Let your breath be your guide back to your calm, wise, and authentic voice. Let the breath lead you home.
