Lezione 1

Abundance Within

Abundance starts from Within. Everything we are able to attract or manifest into our lives are truly just a bonus that contributes to the love and abundance that we already have within. In this session, we learn the importance of cultivating Abundance Within and how operate from our heart space, followed by a guided meditation practice.

Lezione 2

The Art of Self-Love

When you truly love yourself, you no longer seek things outside of you to make yourself feel a certain way, you no longer seek for approval, validation or confirmation from the external world but rather recognize it from within your heart. In this session, we dive into importance of self-love for manifestation followed by a guided meditation practice.

Lezione 3

Creating Spaciousness

In order to manifest what we desire, we first must have the spaciousness and capacity to hold its frequency. If we are stuck in our old ways of thinking, doing and behaving .. then it becomes more challenging to attract our manifestation. In this session, we learn the importance of creating spaciousness within and out following by a guided meditation practice.

Lezione 4

Elevation

When we live in a high vibrational state of being and radiate that out into the world, we are able to attract our desires more quickly because we are shifting into a higher timeline. All living things have an aura, an energetic field that encompasses its physical bodies. So if we want to co-create with the divine and manifest our dreams and desires, it all starts with living and maintaining a high vibrational state. In this session, we dive into the art of Elevation following by a guided meditation practice.

Lezione 5

Intention and Purpose

Setting intentions are like planting powerful seeds on consciousness into our being and connecting with the Universal Power. In this session, we get clear on our purpose and intention of the manifestation itself, followed by a guided meditation practice.

Lezione 6

Declare, Commit and Laser Focus

Don’t just choose but declare and commit to what it is what you want. Using the right language is very important. In every choice, every act and every word you speak.. you are casting spells and contributing to the creation of your reality. In this lesson, we will declare, commit to that desired timeline and laser focus our energy towards our manifestation!

Lezione 7

North Star : Divine Alignment

In order to stay in alignment with our highest self and truth, we consistently have to take aligned actions with intention and love. Manifestation is not about setting your intentions and sitting on your couch praying and hoping that your desires will come true. It takes intentional effort. In this session, we will learn and practice the art of divine alignment and staying true to our North Star.

Lezione 8

Embodiment

To embody means to think, to feel and to act as the person who has already manifested their desires and living their dreams. Thoughts come first and experience comes secondary. Your experience is always a direct reflection of what you are thinking. In this session, we utilize the power of embodiment through creative visualization and shape shifting.

Lezione 9

Cultivating Connection

Cultivating connection with ourselves, Mother Earth, the Universe, our Guides, others and all that deeply matters to us is a sacred portal for us to experience radical transformation, expansion and inner guidance. Everything in life is intertwined, deeply interconnected. So through the art of connection, it helps carve the pathway for us to experience our highest destiny when done with love and devotion. In this session, we will learn some of the ways we can cultivate connection to use it in our every day lives followed by a guided meditation practice.

Lezione 10

Detachment, Trust, Patience and Surrender

By becoming detached to a certain outcome or of our desires creates a bond of trust with the Universe, allowing space for magic to unfold. When we learn to trust, operate from a space of loving patience and surrender, we are being guided to what we need for our journey to expand our capacity to love which is the golden key to pandora’s box. In this session, we learn the final step in my manifestation method… the art of detachment, trust, patience and surrender.
