Lezione 1
Introduction – Invoking The Four Feminine Archetypes
In this opening lesson, you’ll discover how the four feminine archetypes—Maiden, Mother, Queen, and Crone—offer a powerful path to healing body shame and reclaiming self-love. You’ll set your intention for this journey and learn how EFT Tapping, journaling, and guided reflection will help you uncover the deeper emotional roots of body rejection.
Lezione 2
The Maiden – Releasing Early Messages About Your Body
The Maiden represents innocence, vision, and rebellion—but she is also the part of you that first learned body shame. In this lesson, you’ll explore the messages you internalized about your body during your formative years and begin rewriting the story of your body.
Lezione 3
The Mother – Meeting Your Body's Needs With Love
The Mother archetype embodies nurturance and unconditional love, but she also carries the weight of self-sacrifice and neglect. In this lesson, you’ll identify where you’ve chronically neglected your body's needs and learn how to summon your inner Mother to care for yourself with love and devotion.
Lezione 4
The Queen – Nurturing Responsibility For Your Body
The Queen is the pinnacle of feminine power—she integrates her experience into leadership. In this lesson, you’ll connect with your inner Queen and explore what it means to take "response-ability" for your body’s well-being.
Lezione 5
The Crone – Listening To Your Body's Deepest Wisdom
The Crone is "she who holds her blood to make wisdom." She reminds us that time is precious, that our bodies are temporary, and that fighting them is a waste of life force. In this lesson, you’ll learn to tune into your body’s innate wisdom and come home to your body in a new way.
Lezione 6
Conclusion – Sending Healing To Women Everywhere
In this final lesson, we reflect on the journey we’ve taken, from the wounds of the Maiden to the wisdom of the Crone. You’ll revisit your original intention, acknowledge how far you’ve come, and send this healing out—not just to yourself, but to every woman you know, to your ancestors, and the collective feminine.
