So if you struggle with binge eating,

Let's do some tapping together on setting yourself up for a successful day with your food.
So I want to invite you to begin by placing one or both hands on your heart and taking three deep conscious breaths.
Let's do that together.
So gathering your energy into yourself,
I want to invite you to project yourself into the day ahead.
Think about what's on your calendar for today,
Where you're going to be,
And what you're going to be doing.
I invite you to see yourself especially in the context of the food choices you're going to need to make today.
And I invite you to see yourself making wise,
Self-loving,
Self-nourishing food choices as we together do this tapping prayer.
So tapping on the side of either hand,
Repeat after me,
And if my words don't resonate,
Please feel free to use your own.
So taking full responsibility for your own wellbeing,
Let's begin.
Tapping on the side of either hand.
Even though my day might present some challenges,
Go ahead and say that.
It might present some challenges to eating consciously.
I choose to love and accept myself.
Even though there might be some challenges today,
As I make my way through my day,
I might be tempted to eat in a way that doesn't serve me.
I affirm my intention today to make self-loving,
Self-nourishing food choices.
Even though there might be situations today where I'll probably be tempted to eat in a way that does not serve me,
I totally acknowledge that,
And I choose to commit today,
No matter what food choices I make,
To hold myself with confidence in my own food choices.
With great love and care.

So let's start tapping up at the top of the head,
And repeat after me.
There might be some challenges today.
Inside the eyebrow,
As I project myself into my day,
Side of the eye,
And think about the food choices I'm going to need to make and think.
Under the eye,
There might be some challenges.
Under the nose,
Situations where I might be tempted to eat foods that I know really don't serve me.
Under the mouth,
I want to acknowledge that temptation.
Collarbone,
Acknowledge where I'm vulnerable to abusing myself with food.
Under the arm,
And I now affirm to the universe.
Top of the head,
I now affirm to the divine.
Inside the eyebrow,
I now affirm to that which is greater than my own being.
Side of the eye,
I now affirm to all my angels,
Guardians,
And guides.
Under the eye,
The ones I'm aware of and the ones I'm unaware of.
Under the nose,
I now affirm that I am making the best choices I can make today with my food.
Under the mouth,
I am so grateful for all the nourishing food that I will eat today.
Collarbone,
I will eat this food with deep appreciation.
Under the arm,
And as I nourish myself in this way,
Top of the head,
I trust myself to make wiser food choices.
Inside the eyebrow,
To release my cravings with ease.
Side of the eye,
To slow down and think through my food choices.
Under the nose,
Making the wisest choice available to me.
Under the mouth,
I ask for divine help and guidance.
Collarbone,
In nourishing myself in the best way I can today,
I ask for divine help and guidance.
Under the arm,
In body,
Mind,
And spirit.
Okay,
Great,
Take a deep breath,
Shake it out,
Take a drink of water,
And check in with yourself to see how confident you feel about making good food choices today.

And then just go about your day reminding yourself that as you make your food choices,
You'll reflect back on this moment and make the wisest choices that you can today.
