It's Marcella here and today I would like to guide you through some EFT tapping to help you lose 50 pounds of weight with ease.
Now I'm choosing the number 50 just because it's a nice even round number but if you would like to lose more weight than that or even if you'd like to lose less weight than that feel free to just insert that number whenever you hear me say 50 pounds.
Okay so let's just begin by tapping on the side of the hand,
The fleshy outside of the hand,
What we call the karate chop point.
You can tap either side of the hand with either hand and just say as I say and do as I do and if my words don't resonate with you please feel free to add your own and also please just remember that EFT tapping is not a substitute for medical care or psychological counseling.

Okay so let's just start some tapping here.
All right so tapping on the side of the hand.
Even though I would love to lose 50 pounds of weight and go ahead and say that,
I am definitely not losing 50 pounds of weight today and that must mean one thing.
Some part of me is actively resisting losing this weight.
Whatever that resistance might be about,
I deeply love and completely accept myself.
Okay so let's just begin tapping up on the top of the head.
I would love to lose 50 pounds of weight.
Tapping inside the eyebrow.
I would definitely love to lose 50 pounds of weight.
Tapping on the side of the eye.
It would feel so great to lose 50 pounds.
Tapping under the eye.
But I'm not losing 50 pounds of weight today.
Under the nose.
And I haven't lost 50 pounds of weight in a long time.
Under the mouth.
So this must mean one thing.
Okay now tapping at the collarbone right just to the side of the notch in the collarbone.
I must be blocking losing 50 pounds.
Good.
Tapping under the arm.
Some part of me must be resisting losing this weight.
Back up to the top of the head.
I wonder what this resistance might be about.
Inside the eyebrow.
Maybe it doesn't feel safe to lose 50 pounds.
Side of the eye.
Maybe I'm holding on to this 50 pounds for extra protection.
Under the eye.
Maybe losing weight would break some kind of family pattern.
Under the nose.
Maybe losing 50 pounds would feel too different for me.
Under the mouth.
Oh yeah I'm probably blocking losing 50 pounds.
Okay good.
Collarbone.
And I totally own that I have been blocking this.
Right.
Under the arm.
It's all me and my vibration.
Top of the head.
And I forgive myself.
Inside the eyebrow.
There must be some reason why I am still holding on to these 50 pounds.
Side of the eye.
Whatever that might be.
Good.
Under the eye.
I totally forgive myself.
Under the nose.
And as I forgive myself.
Under the mouth.
I get to become more open.
Collarbone.
To all the ways these 50 pounds could release themselves from my body.
Good.
Under the arm.
It is okay for me to be exactly where I am in this moment.
Good.
Top of the head.
I totally respect this blockage and this resistance.
Inside the eyebrow.
And I am becoming more and more open.
Side of the eye.
To all the ways I could take better care of myself.
Under the eye.
And let these 50 pounds go.
Under the nose.
Finding joy and safety in letting go of 50 pounds of weight.
Right.
Under the mouth.
Trusting my body's wisdom to release this weight in its own perfect time.
Good.
Collarbone.
I love the idea of losing 50 pounds.
Under the arm.
I love the idea of feeling lighter and more nimble in my body.
Back up to the top of the head.
Feeling better in my clothes.
Inside the eyebrow.
Getting back to all the movement and exercise practices that make me feel so good.
Great.
Okay.
Side of the eye.
And even though I've been in resistance to losing 50 pounds.
Under the eye.
I've struggled long enough now.
Good.
Under the nose.
I've resisted long enough now.
Under the mouth.
I am totally open to losing 50 pounds of weight.
Collarbone.
In an easy,
Relaxed and joyful way.
Under the arm.
For my highest good and the good of anyone and everyone involved.
Perfect.
