Hey there,

It's Marcella here.

Let's do some EFT tapping on this too shall pass.

So if your life is feeling really hard,

You might be convincing yourself that the pain will never end and that you'll be stuck in this place forever.

And if this sounds like you right now,

Let's do some tapping to acknowledge those stuck feelings while also opening to the deeper truth that even in the darkest moments,

This too shall pass.

Okay,

So I want to start by inviting you to place a hand on your heart if that feels good to you.

And let's just take a few breaths together.

Okay,

Great.

So now give yourself a moment to reflect on what feels difficult right now.

So it could be a personal struggle.

It could be a despair you're feeling over events happening in the collective,

Whatever it is,

See if you can tune into the feeling and then just say as I say and do as I do.

And please feel free to use your own words if mine don't resonate with you.

Okay,

So just tuning into that feeling of struggle and difficulty and despair.

Good.

All right,

Let's begin by tapping on the fleshy outside of either hand,

What's called the karate chop point.

And just repeat after me as I guide you to tap around the different points.

But right now we'll just start right here on the side of the hand.

Okay,

Here we go.

Even though I'm going through a really hard time right now and go ahead and just say that after me.

And it feels like it's going to last forever.

I choose to remind myself that this too shall pass.

And I choose to love and accept myself.

Okay,

So still tapping on the side of the hand.

Even though it feels like this pain I'm in will never end.

And that I'll be stuck here forever.

I choose to remind myself that even this shall pass.

And I choose as best I can today to be patient and loving with myself.

Okay,

One more time.

Even though I'm feeling so miserable right now and I'm convinced I'll always feel this way.

I choose to allow these feelings to shift and relax even just a tiny bit.

And to remind myself that this too shall pass.

Okay,

Perfect.

Let's go start tapping around the points.

Let's start at the top of the head.

And again,

Just repeat after me.

I'm going through a really hard time right now.

Okay,

Tapping inside the eyebrow right where the eyebrow meets the bridge of the nose.

Okay,

And it feels really thick and really heavy.

Tapping on the side of the eye,

It feels hard and so hopeless.

Under the eye,

I feel so stuck in this pit of despair.

Under the nose,

I feel like it's never going to change.

Under the mouth,

I feel like it's always going to be this hard.

Okay,

Then tapping on the collarbone.

It's never going to get any better.

Under the arm,

It's going to be like this forever.

Okay,

Great.

Let's go back up to the top of the head.

All this pain and despair I feel inside the eyebrow,

All this hopelessness and despair.

Side of the eye,

All this heaviness and stuckness.

Under the eye,

And everything I've made it mean.

Under the nose,

About myself.

Under the mouth,

About other people.

Collarbone,

About the universe.

Under the arm,

This whole difficult situation.

Okay,

Back up to the top of the head.

I choose as best I can today inside the eyebrow to be kind to this part of me that's suffering.

Side of the eye,

To befriend myself in my pain.

Under the eye,

And to remind myself as a loving friend would.

Under the nose,

That this too shall pass.

Under the mouth,

Even this shall pass.

Collarbone,

Even this won't last forever.

Good.

Okay,

Under the arm.

In fact,

It's already shifting.

Right?

Okay.

Nice.

Top of the head,

Last round.

And as I acknowledge that shift inside the eyebrow,

I get to become open.

Side of the eye,

To relaxing my grip on this deeply stuck pain.

Under the eye,

I open to all the ways this could heal.

Under the nose,

Even though I might doubt that it's possible.

Under the mouth,

I choose to remember.

Collarbone,

That even this pain can pass and be healed.

Under the arm,

And I deeply appreciate myself for that reminder.

Great.

Okay,

Good.

Take a nice breath.

Take a little stretch.

If you have water nearby,

Take a drink of water.

And take a moment to notice what has shifted for you,

Even if it's just a little subtle shift.

Just simply acknowledging the pain while remembering its impermanence can help to bring a sense of relief and perspective.

So feel free to follow this tapping guide as often as you need to.

And to remind yourself that no matter how heavy it feels right now,

This too shall pass.

You're already moving through it and you're not as alone in it as your pain would have you believe.

Alrighty,

So feel free to leave a comment below.

Let me know how this tapping worked for you.

Please let me know if you have questions about tapping.

I'm happy to answer them.

And please share this with anyone else who you think would benefit from it.

Okie doke.

This is Marcella sending lots of love.

Bye for now.
