A lot of times we hear about the bad or negative things happening and in reality there is not much we can do. Sometimes all we can do is feel compassion for all that is going on in the world. You may know in your heart that you care and may want to connect to your compassion in a more meaningful way. In this course, you'll experience guided meditations on 4 category areas on meditation for compassion. This has helped my relationship with compassion and this course is designed to do so for you. These 4 categories in the lessons can be treated separate or you may want to go through the process as steps. The lessons and categories are, Your Relationship with Compassion, Transferring Compassion, Accepting Compassion, and, Altering Compassion.

This guided meditation focuses on breathing and opening your relationship to compassion. You already know what compassion is but this will focus on using your heart as you breathe where the core of compassion is your heart.

Transferring Compassion
In this guided meditation, the topic will be about how you can offer compassion. Now that you have this relationship to compassion, how do you transfer it?
Lezione 3
Accepting Compassion
This guided meditation focuses on breathing and discusses what to consider when you are the one receiving compassion from others. You can be aware of compassion but how do you do about receiving it?
Lezione 4
Altering Suffering into Compassion
This final lesson and guided meditation focuses on breathing and how to turn suffering into compassion using imagination and thoughts of how to do so. Go beyond yourself and consider that compassion is bigger than yourself.
