The Three R's to Starting Good Habits

With Aaron Hugh Bach

When people want to achieve a goal they usually don't get started properly. They have a goal in mind but don't have an action plan. Part of achieving goals is to start practicing good habits that lead to accomplishing these goals. In my management career, I've presented this same material to help my team members achieve long-term goals by starting with small changes toward good habits first. The three R's are these simple steps to put some structure into changing some of your behavior towards good habits. People may or may not already be practicing these three R's but this course defines and acknowledges what they are. This course can serve as a foundation to kickstart your habit-forming journey. As good habits slip away, the course can also be revisited and repeated to refresh yourselves on this foundation.

This was really reaffirming and motivating. The rewards “R” is an important one that I usually forget so it was nice to receive an articulate reminder.

Unlike some courses, this one cuts out all the lengthy B S that you typically write down in n a journal that you don’t go back and review it anyway. At least, I don’t. I like things simple, easy to understand, and easy to remember and for people lol ke me, this is the perfect course. I am starting my Insight Timer routine at day 1 today after just a week shy of a one year streak. Happy New Year to a better future!

Thank you for this short little course. I have been on a health habit for four months now, but I never thought of my spiritual habits until now. I know, intend to focus on my spiritual health, and this, indeed, will wrap up, remembering, routine, and my rewards! Blessings of gratitude🙏
