How To Meditate
To begin the journey, let me share with you how our minds can only experience one thought at a time. When we focus on the breath or a repeated phrase or even our thoughts, it quells our inner chatter and quietens our mind. From this place, you will discover a technique to help you always make the right decision. This in and of itself is a great application for mindfulness meditation.

Mindful Days
Discover more about what mindfulness is and how you can use it in your daily and professional life. Learn that you can meditate without being mindful and be mindful, with your eyes open, without meditating. When we then become mindful about how mindful we are, we transcend to a new place. Mindfulness becomes embedded and integral to all thoughts, feelings, and actions. It spreads radially around us too.

Timeful Days
When we become more mindful, something magical happens. Events around us seem to occur just at the right time. As a result, we end up with more time on our hands and we enter a new state called timefulness. If you could do with another hour a day or even another day a week, there are some gems here.

The Art Of Kindfulness
With more time on our hands, by being both mindful and timeful, we start to have more time on our hands to be kind. Itās smart to use this kindfulness on ourselves first. This in turn gives us more time to be kind to others. As a result, it all comes full circle and the world is kind back to us. What goes around comes around, to those in the know.

Waking Mindfulness
When we follow a mindful, timeful and kindful methodology, it allows us and our businesses to transcend and operate at a whole new level. Discover a framework to live by that will always ensure you are on path, doing right for yourself and others. When this happens, everything comes full circle and your business thrives and grows in leaps and bounds.

Fueling Creativity
Our breath does more than keep us alive, it is the energy that ignites our creative spark by literally inspiring us. Using simple breathing techniques, you will learn how to get the left and right brains in harmony and enter what is known as the Whole Brain State. When we do this, time itself takes on a new quality and we enter what is known as Extended Me Time where more gets done, with higher quality, with less time.

When we remain in a calm state during the day, a quieter mind becomes more acute at picking up on signs and serendipities. What we need starts to arrive just in time, and sometimes, even before we actually need it. We can get on much better with our days knowing and trusting that our perfect tomorrows are just around the corner.
