Breathe Yourself Full Again
Breath is the foundation of meditation. Breath is what anchors us to this very moment. Breathing deeply is a beautiful way to connect to your heart and your being.
In today's lesson you will learn two breathing techniques and begin to remember the power of your breath to recenter. Day one is all about becoming aware of your breathing and gently shifting your inhales/exhales to become more steady, intentional, slow and full.
Be sure to have a journal nearby for a short journal prompt.

Drop Into Your Heart
The mind will try to whisper fear and doubt into the heart. You can drop into your heart and bring the mind back into clarity. Day two will help you open your heart to receive the love from within.

Lezione 3
There Is Room For You
Give yourself full permission to be you. Quiet the voice that says you should stay small. There is room for you in this world. No one can or will impact the world like you can and will. Practice cultivating courage to allow yourself to be seen. Day three will leave you feeling empowered as you remember who you are.
Lezione 4
Accepting The You That Is Here Now
You do not need to be fixed or changed. The you that is here now is enough. Honor all that you’ve been through that has made you into the you that you are today. Accepting yourself first is important in order to accept others fully. Day four will help you feel flooded with acceptance and relief as you welcome the you that you are in this very moment.

Quieting Self-Doubt
Belief coming from yourself is one of the greatest gifts you can receive. The negative beliefs and self-doubt are not yours to keep. Turning toward self-doubt and understanding where it comes from is important in order to reframe that belief. Day five will remind you to believe in yourself.

Forgiving Yourself
Freedom can be found the moment you decide to forgive yourself. It’s an active choice to decide to forgive and wrap yourself up in compassion. You are allowed to be human. You are allowed to trip up and make mistakes. Day six will help you shift your perspective on the parts of yourself that need forgiveness.

Receiving Your Own Love & Support
How often do you freely give love and support before giving it to yourself? When times are challenging, you deserve more love, not less. When times are tough, you deserve more support, not less. Day seven will remind you that everything you seek can come from within.

What Do I Need In This Moment?
Cultivate the awareness needed to recognize when your mood or energy is shifting toward a state of being that doesn’t feel like you. Day eight is all about learning to know yourself deeply to understand what you need to feel a little more grounded and centered toward your True Self.

Shifting Your Inner Dialogue
Notice your inner dialogue. Is it kind or critical? Notice the thoughts that are repeated and the thoughts that are unhelpful. Strive to speak kind words toward yourself. Day nine will help you become aware of thought patterns that are no longer serving you.

Embracing Emotions
Experiencing an emotion can occur with ease. Practice holding yourself through the emotion. Our emotions can be our greatest teachers. What you resist will only persist. Day 10 is all about allowing yourself to feel.
Lezione 11
Surrender & See This Version of You
Pause and surrender. Sometimes we move so fast through life that we forget to just be with this version of ourselves. Practice really seeing yourself. Taking note of what makes you, you. Day 11 will help you soften and become present with yourself.
Lezione 12
Choosing To Be
At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter what you do or what you achieve. What matters the most is who you choose to be through it all. You do not have to do so much. Day 12 is all about choosing to be versus constantly striving to do so much.
Lezione 13
There You Are
Feel your True Self come forward. Return to your true nature and remember all that you are. Day thirteen is where you will begin to discover who you really are.
Lezione 14
The Reconnection
The most important relationship is the one between you and you. Striving to reconnect to yourself must be one of your top priorities. When you feel this relationship is thriving, everything else falls into place. Day 14 reminds you to prioritize the connection you have with your True Self.
