The Great Natural Perfection
by Chad Foreman
This meditation is based on Dzogchen teachings from Tibetan Buddhism which declare that everything is perfect just as it is and enlightenment can be instantly found by leaving this moment just as it is. This is called an instantaneous approach to freedom where the struggle to attain anything further is overcome. Nothing has to happen and no time has to elapse, this is because Buddha Nature is eternally present within all states of mind and situations, there is nothing that needs to be added or removed. The key to this meditation is to not change your present experience, not modify anything, not reject anything and not cling to anything. Enlightenment is this moment just as it is. This is not a philosophy to be debated or a lecture, this guided meditation is a profound and ancient method to bring about the deepest realisation of who you really are and the direct experience of an enlightened essence of being.
