Hello and welcome to meditation.
Today's meditation will be on non-dual wisdom.
Let's begin by getting comfortable.
Sitting up straight,
Becoming taller.
Sitting with nobility and pride.
Relaxing and letting go.
Let your posture be balanced,
Tall,
Noble and comfortable.
Let ourselves relax and be at ease.
Connect with your breath.
Allow your breath to be natural,
Just watching it.
Allow your breath to be comfortable.
Relax.
As we let go of the past,
Not anticipating the future,
Not judging this present moment.
With nothing to grasp onto,
We relax.
Give ourselves permission to just be here,
Natural and be ourselves.
Relax your face,
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your body.
And relax your mind.
Allow your thoughts to be at the background,
Not following them,
But not pushing them away.
Settling down,
Calming down,
Just being here,
Calm,
Clear and present.
Tuning into your breath as we eliminate distraction.
Being present and focused,
Calm and relaxed.
Just sitting and just breathing.
Without being distracted,
Give yourself permission to relax,
To just be as you listen to my voice.
There seems to be a listener,
Somebody who is listening.
There's the listening,
The action.
And then there's the sound.
These three things are an illusion.
There is no separate person listening.
There is no action of listening.
And there is no separate sound.
Notice this now,
As you listen,
See if you can find a boundary,
A separation between you and the sound.
Is there somewhere where the sound stops,
The listening stops,
And then there's the person.
In reality,
There is no separation.
There is not a listener or an act of listening or something being listened to,
An object,
A sound.
They are a unity.
They are one.
Meditating on the meaning of the illusion of the person,
The action,
And what's being acted upon.
These three things are illusory.
They are not separate.
Listening to my voice and experiencing this unity,
This experience of oneness,
Of non-separation.
There is not many things happening.
There is just one thing happening.
And you are it.
Just be it.
Relax and let go of your ideas.
Let go of yourself.
And just be here,
Total and complete.
Become aware of your breath.
Allow your breath to just happen.
Let it be natural.
Don't control it.
Be aware of your breath.
And notice there is no gaps.
There is no boundary.
There is just a breath breathing itself.
You are everything.
You are the breath.
You are the breather.
You are the witness.
These things are one.
The unity of experience.
Watch your breath.
Become one with your breath.
No boundaries.
Opening and surrendering to reality.
Surrendering to what you know is real.
The unity of this present moment experience.
As you breathe in and out,
Where is the boundary of you and the world?
You may say it's your skin.
That's an idea.
Your awareness goes beyond your skin.
Your awareness is like the sky.
It permeates everything.
Sense the room.
Sense the space around you.
Let go of all boundaries.
Allow yourself to be one with the room and the environment.
No lines.
No seams.
Sense the totality of this present moment experience without any boundaries.
No separation between you.
No separation between the world and you.
There is just one.
The idea that there is a separate you and I is just a thought.
Let's suspend all our belief in any thought.
Let's suspend all our beliefs and just be here now and experience this moment without any stories.
Without any sense of a separate I as we open and surrender.
Open to reality.
To the intimate experience of everything.
No separate you.
No separate world.
Just this moment as it is.
Total.
Clear.
Seamless.
Allow your mind to open even more.
Let go of the idea that there is a center.
You are not standing in the center of experience.
You are the experience.
The experiencer.
The experience.
And the experienced.
You are everything.
Free yourself from the prison of being in the center and expand your awareness.
Let go of your thoughts and your beliefs.
And be the totality of this present moment.
Be everything.
Recognize this expansive nature,
This centerless being and then relax.
Just be it.
Calm and clear.
It's natural.
It's not made up.
It's who you've always been.
Relaxing and expanding into everything.
There is no I.
There is no center.
There is only the total complete moment.
Fulfilled just as it is.
Nowhere to go.
Nothing left to do.
But just be.
Just relax.
Surrender.
Expand.
Let go.
Let go.
That concludes our meditation on non dual wisdom.
I would now like to invite you to just sit.

No more technique.
Nothing left to do.
Nothing to get right.
And nothing to get wrong.
Just sitting.
Relaxing and expanding into everything.
