This is one of my favourite meditations. It's origins are from the Tibetan tantric tradition which uses your body's natural reservoir of kundalini spiritual energy to tranform all nervous and sexual energy into an enlightening experience of bliss and clarity. You will be guided through a method of breathing and visualisation that focuses and clears the mind, energizes the body and allows a spiritual bliss to enter your being. The bliss of inner fire has a remarkable power to heal and remove obstacles in your life. The key in this meditation is breath control. Controlling your breath helps to bring your mind and thoughts under control allowing some reprieve from endless thinking. This meditation is very physical and can bring immediate results. The Tibetan Master I learned this meditation from says it is a powerful technique to overcome the powerful negativity of our times and help heal the world.
