This guided meditation takes you deeper into three main energy centres (chakras) of your body to help experience and unlock natural power, love and intuition from within. Connecting with and activating these energy centres helps to purify blocks and shift old trauma. This is a quick and powerful method to open the mind and prepare for the deepest realisation of inner peace and enlightenment. The three chakras used are the hara or belly chakra, the heart chakra and the third eye chakra. The three chakras help to easily acces your full potential and unleash power, love and wisdom into your life.

Welcome to meditation.

As part of our series tonight we'll be doing chakra meditation.

As always we begin with our postures,

Connecting with our bodies,

Bringing our minds into our bodies.

The first postures are up straight,

You can also lie down,

Sit in a chair.

So begin to breathing deeply into the belly,

Taking long,

Slow,

Smooth breaths,

Connecting with our bodies.

We're going to start with three deep breaths.

As we hold our breath on the in-breath,

Tighten our shoulders and then we're going to release that.

That's just a way to get rid of the tension.

So everybody breathe out,

Letting out the air.

Deep breath in,

Tense your shoulders,

Make a fist,

Feel the tension in your body.

And release.

Once again deep breath in,

Hold the breath,

Tense the shoulders,

Feel the tension and release.

One more deep breath in,

Tensing the shoulders.

Start to breathe deeply into the belly.

Imagine that your torso is like a hollow cup,

As you breathe in,

Fill up that cup with your air all the way to the top.

And as you breathe out,

Experience the emptying and the relaxation.

So take long,

Slow,

Smooth breaths,

Filling up your torso all the way and then releasing.

As we do this and as you breathe out,

Be sure to relax your face muscles.

Keep relaxing your shoulders.

Let your arms fall into your lap.

So every breath now filling up with air and awareness.

And then emptying out all the way out.

And breathing the last of the air all the way from the lungs.

So every breath now,

Deep breaths,

Filling up your whole body all the way to the top and then breathing out.

Emptying completely,

Relaxing your body completely and letting go of all the tension.

Bringing your mind as best you can fully into this present moment.

As you breathe long,

Deep breaths,

Filling up your whole body,

Imagine it to be vital energy that enlivens your mind,

Awakens you.

Filling up and then emptying out.

Getting in touch with the flow of your breath.

As your mind gets distracted,

Just bring yourself back to your breath,

Back to your body.

Adaw Dueting zone Now I just invite you to bring your attention down to your belly.

And as you breathe in,

Imagine you're breathing right down into your belly.

Instead of filling up your body,

Hold the energy in your belly.

We're going to practice the Inner Fire Meditation,

Which is connecting with your inner power and strength.

So breathe deep,

Long,

Smooth breaths down into your belly.

Start to hold your breath down there.

Imagine a small ball of burning lava right in your belly there.

So we're breathing down and concentrating on our belly,

Holding your breath for a few seconds.

Up to ten seconds,

Whatever's comfortable.

And then as you release,

Feel the relaxation flood your body.

So we're taking the mind out of the head and bringing it down into the belly,

Into the fire,

Into the belly.

As you hold your breath,

Feel your strength,

Feel the stability of your posture,

And feel the fire in the belly.

So we connect with our inner power.

As you breathe deeply down into the belly and hold your breath,

We can add a swallow and just compress.

We swallow to give the impression that we can feel the energy pressing down into our belly.

And once you feel the energies down in your belly,

We can pull up from the perineum,

Like you're stopping yourself from going to the toilet,

Pulling up and compressing the energy into your belly.

Holding that energy there,

Feeling that power,

And enjoy the space you create by holding your breath.

And relax and let go,

And feel that energy spread and flood your entire body.

This can help to channel and transform nervous energy into powerful,

Strong energy that has the power to heal,

To motivate us.

So every breath now,

Breathing into the belly,

Holding,

Pushing down by swallowing,

Pulling up,

And just picturing a small ball of fiery lava in your belly.

See if you can focus your mind on that as we practice the inner fire meditation.

If you're having any problems,

Worries,

Anxieties or fears,

Just imagine throwing them onto the fire in your belly,

Experiencing them burning up and transforming into healing energy,

Giving you strength and power instead of taking it away from you.

So just breathe in all of your worries,

All of your troubles,

Throw them on the fire in your belly,

Hold your breath,

And then transmute that,

Sending healing,

Powerful energy throughout your body.

Every breath now,

A powerful breath of inner fire.

You may experience yourself heating up.

If you start to feel faint,

Just don't hold your breath as much.

If it feels too uncomfortable to hold your breath,

Simply place your attention down in your belly,

Take long breaths down into the fire in your belly,

Connecting with your power center,

Burning away all nervousness and fear as we become spiritual warriors on the path to enlightenment.

Moving on to the next exercise,

We'll practice the loving kindness breath.

Bring your attention to the center of your chest and imagine your own little sun right in the center of your chest.

This represents your loving kindness and compassion,

A sun that shines equally for everybody,

Not holding its warmth back.

Breathing in,

Breathe into the sun in the center of your chest.

And as you do,

Just tell yourself,

I fully accept myself as I am right now.

Breathe out,

Let go,

And relax.

So we're just using our thoughts now.

We're just learning to fully accept ourselves as we are right now.

Breathing in,

I fully accept who I am right now.

Breathing out,

Send your warmth to the world.

Breathing in,

I fully accept myself.

And now as we breathe out,

Fully accept others as they are right now.

So every breath is a breath of acceptance of yourself and of others,

Giving yourself space and giving others space just to be who they are.

So we try to experience the warmth of our sun-like heart,

Not just an intellectual thing,

But an experience of loving kindness as we open the heart chakra.

And we can just say a prayer of affirmation here.

May all people be free from suffering right now.

May all people find happiness and success and be fulfilled.

And may all people around the world be free from violence and harm.

May all people be free from prejudice,

Loving each other equally and openly without bias or discrimination.

So with these prayers,

Best you can imagine a whole crowd of people in front of you in your mind's eye.

Imagine your parents,

Your friends,

Your family.

Just a sea of people going in every direction,

Representing the whole world's population.

As we connect with our own heart,

Imagine your sun-like heart shining on all of them,

Bringing them joy,

Bringing them happiness.

So breathing into our heart center,

Activating our sun-like loving kindness.

As you breathe out,

Experience the warmth flooding these people,

Enlightening them,

Freeing them from their suffering and violence,

And bringing them to the inner peace and joy and the happiness that they all want.

Also imagine in the crowd of people,

The people that you have trouble with,

People you've had conflicts with in the past.

Just imagine you giving yourself unconditionally to them,

Giving your loving kindness and compassion,

And just wishing the best for everybody.

So every breath now breathing into your heart and shining your love onto the world.

With a sense of openness,

We'll move on to the next exercise,

Where we imagine a small,

Bright and immaculate diamond right in the center of our head.

This diamond represents our connection to universal intelligence,

A field of consciousness.

Imagine that diamond breathes itself.

It breathes a breath through your forehead,

Between your eyebrows.

As you breathe into that diamond,

Imagine it shining bright and resplendent.

And that diamond also breathes out through your forehead.

So every breath now breathing in through your third eye,

Into the immaculate,

Perfect diamond in the center of your head,

And back out again,

Connecting with universal intelligence,

Your own inner guidance,

Your own intuition.

Breathing in,

I connect with the universal intelligence,

And I connect with the universal intelligence,

Breathing in,

I connect with my all-knowing intuition,

Breathing out,

I am guided and connected to the world.

Intuition is not about knowledge or information.

It's a deep sense of knowing.

It's always there and it's always available for you,

Your own inner intelligence,

Beyond words,

Indestructible like a diamond,

And full of clarity and perspective.

Every breath now breathing in through your third eye,

Touching the diamond,

Breathing back out through your third eye.

Moving on to the last exercise.

Imagine a ball of light above your head,

Just above your head as best you can.

A shining,

Translucent,

Radiant ball of light.

This represents your pure mind,

The purity of your mind.

It's never been stained,

Primordial purity.

You're going to imagine the light from the ball flows down through our body.

That helps to imagine that your body is hollow.

Imagine that your body is hollow and that the light flows through your body and out through your feet.

As the light purifies us,

We can forgive ourselves of all the past harms we've done to others.

Any regrets we have,

We forgive ourselves here.

As the light purifies us,

It also moves any stuck energy in your body.

So have a real visceral sense of the light moving through you.

Experience it like a shower of light.

Using your in-breath to draw the light through your crown,

Through your body,

And using your out-breath to expel the light through your feet.

So every breath now becomes a breath of purification,

Forgiveness,

And opening ourselves to the purity of white light flooding through us.

After we receive this安と鼓動,

We can also experience the light roasted into your As you let the light flood through you and out through your feet,

Have a real sense of letting go,

Completely dropping the past.

No need to carry the past around with us any longer.

As we forgive ourselves,

We also forgive others of any harms they have done to us.

So with love and forgiveness,

Letting go of the past,

Letting the light flood through you,

Purifying and cleansing you.

Every breath a breath of purification,

Connecting with our own innocence and purity.

So with love and forgiveness,

Letting go of the past,

Letting the light flood through you,

Purifying and cleansing you.

With the strong resolve to never harm others again in any way is best we can.

Imagine the white light above your head completely envelops you.

Your body has been transformed to glowing white light,

Translucent.

As we've connected with our inner power in our belly,

It's burnt away all our anxiety and fear.

As we connect with our loving heart,

Our ability to have unconditional love for all beings.

We've tuned into our diamond mind,

Our intuitive wisdom,

All-knowing field of intelligence that is our inner guide.

Just imagine yourself to be all-powerful,

All-loving,

All-wise,

Completely made of light.

As best you can,

Just imagine yourself sitting as an enlightened being,

Complete and whole,

Unaffected,

Nothing more to seek,

Nothing else that you want or need.

The end of your search,

Utter contentment,

The purity and simplicity of your enlightened being.

Have trust and faith that your purity of being,

The ground of being that is enlightened within you has been fully brought forth.

You are now all-powerful,

All-loving,

And all-wise,

Sitting in the utter contentment of being,

A being of light,

Love,

Wisdom,

And power.

You are now all-powerful,

All-powerful,

And all-wise,

Sitting in the utter contentment of being,

A being of light,

Love,

Wisdom,

And power.

You are now all-powerful,

All-powerful,

And all-wise,

Sitting in the utter contentment of being,

A being of light,

Love,

Wisdom,

And power.

You are now all-powerful,

And all-wise,

Sitting in the utter contentment of being,

A being of light,
