Hi,
It's Isaiah and this is the Anchoring New Energies meditation.
Make yourself comfortable sitting down,
Lying down,
Preferably with your feet on the floor uncrossing your arms and legs.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Take the time to find the position that will allow you to let your whole body and mind relax.
Start by inhaling deeply and slowly through your nose,
Bringing the air deep into your belly and letting it become full.
Exhale now through the mouth,
Slowly and lightly,
Letting the air flow and entering into relaxation.
Inhale,
Imagine that fresh air completely fills your body from the top of your head to your toes and to the tips of your fingers.
And breathe out.
Imagine freeing up everything you don't need or the debris that clutters you.
Breathe in through your nose,
Fill your stomach and chest with air.
Exhale through your mouth.
Pay attention to your legs and relax along your thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
Ankles,
Feet,
Toes.
Breathe in slowly and deeply.
Breathe out.
Notice your back,
Your neck,
Your spine.
Let your back stretch and your shoulders drop.
Relax your muscles,
The weight goes off and your body is relaxed.
The weight goes off and your body softens.
Breathe in through your nose slowly and deeply.
Exhale through your mouth.
Relax your bust,
Your chest,
Your stomach.
Inhale.
Exhale and relax the muscles of your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your elbows,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
Breathe in through the nose.
Exhale through your mouth.
Feel the relaxation in your head,
Your face,
Your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Your ears,
Your scalp,
Your hair.
Breathe in.
The air completely renews you.
All parts of your body are filled with fresh and delicious energy.
Exhale.
The air that comes out removes all the tensions,
All the worries and all the unwanted thoughts.
You now feel calm and relaxed,
Breathing slowly,
Breathing deeply.
And with each breath,
You move further towards the calm center of yourself and deep relaxation settles in throughout your body and mind.
Welcome this well-being and relax even more.
Visualize now roots growing below your feet and around your legs but also from your tailbone,
Beautiful,
Powerful roots that go deep into Mother Earth and allow you to feel grounded.
They hold you in place and anchor you to the ground and they grow deeper through the different layers of the earth and descend towards the center of the planet.
They hold you firmly rooted and feeling safe.
Your roots continue to grow even deeper until finally reaching the heart of the earth.
You know when you have reached the center of Gaia of Mother Earth because you feel bathed in a feeling of unconditional love.
All this love that the earth has for you,
This energy,
This love that now comes back up through your roots,
Slowly rising to fill your whole being,
Your whole body.
This warmth,
This amber,
Coppery colored light that is the earth's love for you fills your body starting with your feet,
Going up your legs,
Up your spine,
To your arms,
Your hands,
Then up towards your head,
Completely bathing every cell of your body.
And you feel an immense sense of safety,
Of stability,
Of trust.
You feel strong,
Loved,
Centered,
Full of a sense of belonging because you know that you have your place here on this earth and in this universe.
I invite you now to visualize,
To see with your mind's eye an office,
Your office.
The room is exactly how you desire it in every little detail.
The view,
The furniture,
The objects on the desk,
The desk itself,
The chair,
The colors,
The tech equipment.
You can see everything in detail and everything is exactly as you wish in your dreams.
It is the place where you have organized everything in your life,
In your business.
Everything has its place and there is a place for everything.
The calming decor is a reflection of your organization.
Everything is okay.
I invite you now to enter this room and sit where you want.
You feel your body on this chair,
This armchair,
This sofa.
It hugs every contour of your body.
The comfort is incredible.
You touch the texture of the fabric as well as those of your clothes.
It's so pleasant.
Your body relaxes and each cell becomes aware of this comfort,
This ease,
This well-being.
And you accept it,
You allow it,
You receive it,
You welcome it,
You appreciate it,
You give thanks.
And you settle into this serenity,
This contentment,
This bliss,
This gratitude.
I invite you now to look around.
Everything you see gives you pleasure,
Joy,
Peace.
Every object you have chosen,
Decorative or useful.
Every painting on the walls,
The view through the windows.
Everything is perfect.
And you accept it,
You allow it,
You receive it,
You welcome it,
You appreciate it,
You give thanks.
And you settle into this serenity,
This contentment,
This bliss,
This gratitude.
I now invite you to smell the smells in the room or perhaps those that enter through the window.
Smells of flowers or incense or cut grass or freshly fallen rain.
Each smell adds to your feeling of bliss,
Peace,
Calm.
And you accept it,
You allow it,
You receive it,
You welcome it,
You appreciate it,
You give thanks.
And you settle into this serenity,
This contentment,
This bliss,
This gratitude.
Now I invite you to listen.
What sounds do you hear?
Maybe music you have chosen.
Maybe the birds outside.
Maybe children playing in the next room.
The slightest sound is sweet to your ears.
It is the product of your choices and brings you closer to absolute happiness.
And you accept it,
You allow it,
You receive it,
You welcome it,
You appreciate it,
You give thanks.
And you settle into this serenity,
This contentment,
This bliss,
This gratitude.
Finally,
You smell a smell of food.
And you see in front of you the most appetizing dish.
The thing that you desire the most right now.
I invite you to taste it,
To crunch,
Bite,
Lick,
Taste this wonder.
And you accept it,
You allow it,
You receive it,
You welcome it,
You appreciate it,
You give thanks.
And you settle into this serenity,
This contentment,
This bliss,
This gratitude.
You give yourself the right to feel your success.
With each of your senses,
With each of yourselves,
You anchor in your body these energies of success.
These new energies in your life,
These energies of peace,
Joy,
Contentment,
Of bliss and gratitude.
You are at peace because everything is planned,
Everything is going as you have decided,
As you have organized it.
Your body relaxes,
Your mind unwinds,
Your soul rests.
You are completely immersed in this euphoria,
This bliss,
This peace of mind.
All is well,
You did it.
You feel,
You know that this energy is now part of you,
That this vibration is anchored in your body,
In yourselves,
In your unconscious,
In your life.
And you relax in this certainty,
In this confidence.
You can feel the presence of goddess Athena by your side to support you today and tomorrow,
To remind you of your commitments and to help you keep them.
I now also call by your side the goddesses Aphrodite and Gaia.
Aphrodite will accompany you in anchoring these energies and your choices in your body and Gaia will ground your decisions,
Your projects and your successes deep in Mother Earth.
The three goddesses watch over you,
Your choices,
Your desires and your achievements.
You feel their support,
Their love and you know that you can call on them for help in times of wavering,
Doubt or anxiety.
They will always be there for you and you relax in this certainty,
In this confidence.
It is soon time to slowly,
Gradually return to your usual state of mindfulness and you gently feel drawn back to the here and now.
Allow this place in your mind to slowly and gently fall away.
As we bring this meditation to an end,
Take a deep breath and when you feel ready,
Allow yourself to come back into the room,
Feel the texture of the clothes on your skin,
The weight of your body on the chair or bed.
Back in your space,
You become aware of the sounds around you and you start to move your body.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
Stretch out if it's good for you.
When you feel it,
Gently open your eyes,
Smile and go peacefully into the world to create and experience joy and gratitude.
Don't forget to drink some water and if you wish to eat something to anchor these energies in your body right now.
