The Healing Energy Light Process (HELP) is an active meditation. It is a quick, easy way to dramatically release your anxiety, tension, anger, guilt, shame, depression, and physical pain. It can be performed standing or sitting, so it can be done almost anytime. It is a combination of Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as Tapping) and Brain Gym Exercises. Instructions for the pose: 1. Cross your left ankle over your right. Extend your arms out in front of you, palms facing outward and thumbs pointed down. Cross your right hand over your left, interlace your fingers, and turn your hands in and up so that your hands are resting under your chin. Now place the tip of your tongue behind the ridge on the roof of your mouth. Take slow deep breaths in through your nose. If you are able to, close your eyes. 2. Setting your feet flat on the floor. Place your fingers in a steeple position, prayer-like without the palms touching while still touching your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
