This guided meditation uses the power of visualization to engage your imagination and increase your confidence and belief that your vision is coming true. The biggest block to your vision's success is fear. Release your unconscious resistance by practicing this meditation daily for 30 days with many different scenes of your chosen prosperity, so that your unconscious mind believes it has already happened. Perfect for those new to visualizing and who prefer to have more structured guidance.

Music Make yourself comfortable.

Sitting or lying down.

Feet and hands not touching.

And allow yourself to take this time and space for you and your visualization.

Now keeping your eyes open,

Place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth in the midline.

Take a deep breath in and as you do roll your eyes up as far as you comfortably can.

And keep your eyes up as you exhale.

And breathe in again and hold it.

Keeping your eyes up.

And exhale.

And one more time breathing in again and hold it.

And this time as you exhale keep your eyes up as you gently allow your eyelids to close.

Keeping your eyes up and breathe in again and hold it.

And you may feel your eyes fluttering and that's just the sign that you are settling in to alpha brain waves and relaxation.

And this time as you exhale just let your eyes relax.

And now continuing to breathe deeply into your tummy just feel yourself sinking and floating and drifting deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And as I count from five backwards to one picture each number as clearly as you can as if you're seeing them on a movie screen.

Or watch and feel yourself drawing them in sand.

Feeling the texture with your finger.

And by the time I reach one you will notice that your thoughts are becoming quieter,

More distant and less distracting.

Five.

Four.

Deeper and deeper now.

Three.

Two.

Sinking into one.

Now visualize a wave of relaxation flowing over your head softening your scalp muscles and forehead.

Relaxing your facial muscles.

Removing the muscles around your eyes.

Even feeling your jaw relax as if you're about to yawn.

And another wave of relaxation is washing over your neck and throat.

Relaxing any tight muscles.

Feeling the back of your throat and airway opening even wider as if you're about to yawn.

And another wave of relaxation washing over your shoulders.

Down your arms,

Forearms,

Hands,

All the way to the tips of your fingers.

And another wave of relaxation is flowing down your back.

Smoothing out the muscles around your shoulder blades.

Softening the muscles of your low back.

As it continues down over your sacrum and hips.

So that you're sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And another wave of relaxation is flowing over your chest,

Tummy and pelvis.

Opening your airway so that you're breathing deeply and clearly.

And your heart is beating regularly and calmly.

Your diaphragm is relaxed,

Tightening only as needed for effective breathing.

And all of the organs in your tummy and pelvis are working exactly as they need for your optimal functioning.

Feel another wave of relaxation flowing over your thighs,

Shins,

Calves and feet.

All the way to the tips of your toes.

All of your leg muscles are relaxed and soft.

Your whole body is relaxed and operating efficiently.

Now one more wave of relaxation is washing over your head,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Arms.

Flowing down your back,

Chest,

Hips and legs.

Relaxing any remaining areas of tension.

And now one more wave of relaxation.

Now one more wave of relaxation.

Now choose a goal that you want to achieve.

Perhaps it's a financial goal.

Or speaking on stage.

Being a best-selling author.

Moving into your dream home.

Or driving that special car.

Experience your goal as if it has already happened.

And it's six months afterward.

Visualize the scene as if you're looking out of your own eyes.

What are you wearing?

What are your surroundings?

What are the colors,

Sounds,

Textures and smells around you?

Incorporate every sense that you can.

Now turn up the intensity on the feelings,

Colors and other senses so that everything is extra bright and beautiful.

As if you're seeing it in technicolor.

Consciously feel gratitude,

Love and abundance for having reached your goal.

And for every experience you have had along the way,

Including the challenges.

Look back at those challenges now and see how you overcame them.

You are appreciative of how each and every challenge made you stronger and brought you closer to your destination.

Now take flight like an eagle and use your sharp eagle vision to view your whole journey from where you started to where you finished.

See every challenge for what it was and how easily you overcame it.

Notice that each challenge was there for you and even helped you develop into the person you are today.

Now float back to earth and you are a bystander looking at yourself on your journey,

Seeing the path you needed to take to reach your goal.

Now go back to your original path.

Now go back in time to where you are at the beginning of your journey,

Looking forward.

Take all of the knowledge you have learned with you and know that all is well.

Every so-called obstacle and challenge is happening for you.

Know that the path is clear even if you can't see the whole distance,

Just as you can drive in your car at night and know the road continues even if you can't see past the range of your path.

Now feel a young child's hand in yours.

This is your inner child.

You are now your inner child looking up at the adult that you have become,

Searching for guidance and support,

Needing your loving confidence and certainty that all is well on this journey.

Your inner child has fears and doubts and you are able to soothe them.

Tell your inner child that all is well.

You're strong.

You're courageous.

You've got this.

Smile.

Pick them up and give them a hug.

Let them know that you are with them every step of this amazing journey.

Tell them everything you've experienced so your inner child hears the confidence in your voice,

Sees the confidence in your posture,

And feels your calm knowing that your goal has in fact already happened.

Now take your inner child with you to that point six months after you have achieved your goal.

And have even more fun in that experience with your inner child playing beside you.

And now,

As I count back up,

I'm going to take you to the next step.

And now,

As I count back up to five,

You will find yourself rising up like a bubble to the surface of a pond.

Feel yourself becoming more present,

Focused,

And alert.

Taking with you the calm knowledge that your goal has already happened.

Know that you can experience having reached your goal over and over in many different scenes and ways so that your inner child,

Your unconscious mind,

Feels more and more comfortable and confident that your goal has already happened and that all is well.

For the rest of today,

You will continue to be very alert and focused.

You will notice your body's stress reactions and let them go.

Tonight you will sleep well and wake up tomorrow alert and self-confident.

And this state of well-being will improve day after day.

Counting up now.

One.

More present now.

Two.

Feeling more focused.

Three.

More and more awake.

Four.

Alert.

And five.

Open your eyes slowly and reorient to the present.
