Transcript

Begin by lying on your back,

Feet and hands not touching.

Place the tip of your tongue behind the big ridge on the roof of your mouth in the midline.

Now keeping your eyes open,

Roll your eyes up as far as you comfortably can and take three deep breaths in and out.

Keeping your eyes up as you exhale.

As you exhale on the third breath,

Keep your eyes up as you gently allow your eyelids to close down.

Taking three more deep breaths while keeping your eyes up.

You may feel your eyes fluttering and that's just you settling down into alpha brain waves and relaxation.

And on the third time as you exhale,

Just let your eyes relax.

Continuing to breathe deeply into your tummy,

Feeling centered and grounded.

Give yourself permission to enjoy this time for your well being.

Be aware of sounds inside and outside the room and allow yourself to be separate from them.

Allow any thoughts to just come and go.

Now I'm going to count from ten down to one and as I do,

Picture each number as clearly as you can as if you're seeing them on a movie screen.

Or watch yourself drawing them in the sand,

Feeling the texture with your finger.

By the time I reach one,

You will notice that your thoughts are becoming quieter,

More distant and less distracting.

Ten.

Nine.

Loading into eight.

Seven.

Drifting over to six.

Six.

Five.

Sinking down to four.

Three.

Deeper and deeper now to two.

And one.

Feeling relaxed.

Grounded.

Focus your attention on the tip of your nose.

Notice the air you inhale is slightly cooler than the air you exhale.

Each time you exhale,

Notice how all of the physical,

Emotional and mental tension is leaving your body.

By focusing on these instructions,

Your mind is becoming more and more calm as your body becomes deeply relaxed.

Inhaling now and bring fresh air into your tummy.

Let the fresh air expand into your lungs,

Your bloodstream,

To all parts of your body,

Bringing nourishing,

Healing oxygen.

Now breathe in light air and let it spread through your entire body.

When you exhale,

The lightness remains.

And with each breath,

Your body is becoming lighter and lighter as if you're about to float.

Now breathe in heavy air and let it spread through your entire body.

Feel yourself sinking comfortably.

And when you exhale,

The heaviness remains.

And with each breath,

Your body is becoming more and more heavy and relaxed.

Feel the pull of gravity all over.

Imagine you're lying on a beach and you're sinking comfortably into the warm sand.

Feeling the heaviness in your arms.

Now spreading to your back,

Shoulders,

Hips,

Thighs,

Calves and feet.

Your whole body is very heavy,

Warm and very relaxed.

Your heartbeat is calm and even.

Your breathing is deep and clear.

You're feeling warm and relaxed and calm.

As I count down again from 10 to 1,

Allow yourself to move into a deeper and deeper state of relaxation.

Picturing and feeling the numbers as I count.

And when you reach 1,

Your body will be even more relaxed.

And your mind will be even calmer.

10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Now allow yourself to drift and sink into a deep healing sleep.

As your unconscious mind incorporates your affirmations of abundance and appreciation into your identity.

After a full night's restful sleep,

You will awaken refreshed,

Rejuvenated and energized to start your new day.

And this state of well-being will improve day after day.

I am brilliant.

I am creative.

I am intuitive.

I am leading by example.

I am choosing only those thoughts,

Emotions and actions which support my vision.

I am enough just as I am.

I am uniquely qualified with my experience and talents to bring my visions to life.

I am the one to step up and make the change I want to see.

I am in a unique position to provide a valuable service and message to the world.

I am in optimal balance.

I am worthy and deserving of wealth.

I am a brilliant business person.

I am a savvy investor.

I am a mastermind at creating and growing my wealth.

Great affirmations. I didn't love the eye exercise at the beginning...I prefer to close my eyes to relax. Otherwise it was really nice.

This worked! I fell asleep quickly. Iโ€™m not sure if prosperity and success are next .
