Welcome to today's practice that's all about transforming tension or disbalance within your relationship into peace,
Compassion and an offer for healing inside of you.
Relationships are a burning glass of learnings when it comes to our own unhealed wounds,
Blind spots or unfulfilled desires.
So what we want to learn we find mirrored in our connection to people we choose to be part of our lives for a certain time span.
This practice invites you to deeply look into patterns that create discomfort or tension in your relationship and give you simple and effective tools to transform stagnancy and projection into places of healing and freedom.
So if you're ready to grow into your relationship take the most comfortable position your body's asking for today and let's begin.
Okay and I am inviting you to start this practice by the simple act of breathing.
Our breath is such a simple tool to connect us to the now,
The present moment,
To gather all our energy that is scattered in the future,
In the past,
Gather it and bring yourself to the now,
The present moment so that you can be able to really feel yourself,
Be with yourself,
Give yourself the attention and focus you deserve in this time you have gifted yourself with today.
So thank yourself for choosing to create this space for you,
Your self-care your growth and by exhaling let go of everything that separates you from yourself,
From feeling yourself,
From feeling your body.
So check in with your body where are you trying to hold on to something,
Where do you perceive tension stiffness.
You might want to touch yourself physically to tell yourself hey I'm here I'm ready to feel myself,
To be with myself.
Relax your feet and let go of whatever doesn't serve you right now.
You might want to shower yourself with gold or any other color that serves you right now.
So imagine that gold or that other color in that Sun above your head,
That place where you shine your unique shining light above your head.
So whatever color it is for you,
Shower yourself and let go of all the colors,
Energies inside of your system where your color,
Your gold can't be.
All these colors that are not of you that don't support you right now,
Flow them out of your feet,
The soles of your feet.
Open these energy fields that connect you to the earth,
The soles of your feet and no pressure.
Relax.
You are flowing anyways so there's nothing you need to do.
Just give that permission to yourself to let go.
Tell your hips,
Your pelvis to let go,
Your joints,
Your shoulders,
Your jaws,
Maybe your eyes,
Your tongue,
Maybe your skin.
Sometimes we have tense skin because we are holding on to emotions.
So if you would like to touch your skin right now and give yourself the permission to let go,
Tell the pores of your skin to open,
To release,
To flow what needs to flow and just perceive what is there,
What is flowing,
What is creating,
Gaining space and trust yourself.
You are exactly where you need to be.
No need to push yourself.
Find compassion.
Right,
There you are,
Shining your unique light,
Being connected to the earth naturally,
To the cosmos through your unique personal sun,
Naturally connected.
There's nothing you need to do.
Connected to all that lives through your breath,
The gift of life you are inhaling and exhaling.
And I'm inviting you to perceive yourself in nature,
Maybe your favorite spot close to your home,
A favorite tree or lake or forest,
Whatever it is for you,
Where you like going to recharge,
To calm down.
Maybe you are just imagining a new space where you've never been before.
So just trust your perception.
You know what's right for you right now.
So find yourself in that space and find yourself being connected to that space.
So how do you know that you are connected to everything around you?
Breathe,
Feel the earth,
Smell,
Listen,
And connect to the knowing that you are whole,
Just as all the natural beings around you are whole,
Maybe the tree,
The bird,
Whatever you see.
See the wholeness and perceive your wholeness in connection and there's nothing you need to do for that connection.
There's nothing you need to do for that wholeness.
You are.
So surrender to that knowing of being whole in connection,
Nothing you need to prove.
The earth holds you safe and in unconditional love.
Trust yourself.
And find a comfortable position.
Maybe you would like to lie down on the earth or sit down at your favorite spot,
At the river,
The tree.
And some meters in front of you create a white screen.
A white screen and see two roses on that white screen.
One is you and one is a person you are in a relationship with.
And watch these two roses being in a situation that was quite tense for you,
Felt comfortable for you,
A situation that kind of stayed with you.
See your rose flower,
See the other rose flower,
See the distance between you and that white screen.
Feel you are carried by the earth,
The elements around you,
Being whole and safe and see that situation.
So what do you see in that situation?
How does your rose flower connect to the other person,
The other flower?
Is it through words,
Through being?
Do you see something like a rope connecting the two?
Yeah,
Be creative,
Trust your perception.
What do you see,
What do you perceive,
How do you connect?
Are there emotions,
Patterns through which you connect?
So what is happening in that situation and how do you connect?
Is it a physical connection?
And see your unique shining light in that situation above your rose's head and see also the other person's shining light,
Unique,
Shining above her,
His head,
The flower's head.
So take a moment to connect to that uniqueness.
Breathe.
And in that situation,
Ask your flower,
What is the unfulfilled expectation that you have?
What's the unfulfilled expectation you have towards the other,
Towards the situation?
Are you expecting time,
Attention,
A specific action or reaction,
A particular type of communication?
Are you expecting the other one to prove anything?
What's your unfulfilled expectation?
And there's nothing wrong with it.
So you find yourself justifying yourself or judging yourself,
Okay.
Breathe,
Reconnect to that place of nature.
You are safe,
You are whole,
There's nothing you need to do.
And underneath that expectation,
Where's the unfulfilled need,
That unfulfilled longing,
Desire?
So go deeper.
Maybe you see it as a color,
Maybe the rose shows you in a picture,
So really communicate to your rose flower.
And it's only about your rose flower,
Not the other one.
So what is underneath that expectation?
Where is the pain?
What lack does this need reflect reflect in yourself?
Is it love,
Affection?
Is it acknowledgement?
Is it the desire to feel seen,
To feel whole,
To be acknowledged?
What is it?
So what is it that you are expecting to get that you can't give to yourself?
And again,
There's nothing to judge.
It is,
You are human and you have It is,
You are human and you have all the reasons for that pattern.
So if you find yourself judging yourself,
Take a moment in that natural place where you are to connect to compassion and to the unconditional love that nature is giving you.
Okay.
And we are going one step further.
So how old are you when you connected to that pain the first time?
How old are you connecting now to that deep pain,
That lack,
That desire?
How old are you when you had a need and it wasn't fulfilled?
Maybe it was emotional support,
Unconditional love.
You desired to be seen and you weren't.
So how old are you in that pain?
Let yourself in that pain.
Let your rose show you.
You might not know cognitively,
But your rose knows.
So ask your rose flower.
Okay,
Who was involved in that kind of age?
Maybe you see a particular situation,
Maybe you just know about a certain age,
A certain phase in your life.
So breathe and notice you are not that pain,
You are not that situation you are looking at.
You are there in that natural place carried by the earth and you are watching a situation.
So watch that distance between you and the white screen.
Breathe.
And as you connect to that age,
To that source of the pain,
What emotions come with it?
So check in with your body.
See,
Are you tense?
Are you anxious?
Are you anxious?
Are you tensed?
Are you holding your breath?
Is there any anger,
Any frustration,
Grief,
Pain?
And please don't suppress it.
By then maybe you couldn't take care of yourself,
Maybe you were too little,
Too young,
But now you can.
So breathe.
Note that you are carried by the earth,
You are safe.
So allow that pain,
That anger to be.
Let it flow.
Create space.
If any emotions want to flow,
Let them flow.
There's nothing wrong with it.
You are so courageous to look at this deep point,
This source of your pain.
Acknowledge whatever you find.
You are exactly where you need to be.
You are exactly where you need to be.
And see that emotion that comes with it,
See it in your flower.
And let it flow in that flower.
So wherever you find stagnancy,
Restrictions,
Give yourself,
Give that flower the permission to flow whatever wants to flow.
There's nothing wrong with you,
Nothing too much.
You have the right to heal.
And as you are connecting to that source of your pain,
You are allowing healing to be.
So let's do that.
And maybe if you zoom out a bit,
How do you see now the effect of your pain,
Your unfulfilled need on that situation?
So how do you actually see the projection that's happening?
Yeah,
Maybe the other person is triggering you in that pain,
In that old wound.
So it's not about the other person,
It's about you.
How do you see the projection happening?
That energy that's asking actually something from the other that you can't give yourself,
Because in that pain you are too little,
Too young to care for yourself.
And this,
Again,
It's not about being wrong,
It's just a very interesting observation in order to choose where you'd like to create freedom for yourself and the other.
Okay.
So you can just ask that picture to show the projection.
How do you see it?
A color,
A dynamic,
Words.
What do you see?
Check in with yourself.
Did you fall into the situation?
Is there still that distance?
Okay.
And then okay.
Acknowledge whatever is happening.
Acknowledge what is happening.
It is.
And then give yourself what you need.
By then you depended on somebody,
You depended maybe on parents,
Somebody giving you unconditional love and you didn't receive it.
But now you can take care of your inner child.
You're an adult,
You don't depend on anyone to be loved.
So fulfill your need and your desire.
Take the responsibility for your wound.
So ask that flower,
What do you need?
What do you need?
Maybe the flower is responding,
Asking for specific color,
For water,
A warming sun,
Maybe a protection fence.
So whatever that flower of yours is asking for,
Give it to yourself.
Care for yourself.
Take responsibility for your wound.
That unfulfilled spot inside of you,
That spot within you where you don't know that you are whole,
Where you don't know that you don't need anything from anybody,
Don't know that you don't need anything from anyone in order to be whole.
Okay,
Breathe.
Give yourself that healing.
Offer yourself that quality,
That color,
That essence,
That symbol,
Whatever it is,
Give it to you because you can.
You have all the powers to do so.
Only you can give yourself what you need.
Continue breathing.
Emotions are allowed to be there,
Just breathe.
When you find yourself in judgments,
Anger towards others,
Injustice,
That's okay.
Give yourself the compassion you need to allow yourself to have all the emotions flowing inside of you and at the same time to treat yourself,
To give yourself what you need,
To take care of yourself.
So make yourself that gift.
See the flower accepting your healing offer.
See that desire being fulfilled through your own powers,
Your own hands.
And see the effect on the situation.
See the effect on the other person.
See the effect on the other person and let it be unconditional.
So if you have any pressure inside of you like,
Okay,
Now the other person has to react like this or the situation has to transform in this or that direction,
Okay,
Take a moment and treat yourself with compassion,
Unconditional freedom.
What do you need in order to offer an unconditional connection that doesn't ask anything?
Because you know you are whole,
You are deserving and you can give yourself whatever you're asking for.
Hear that inner child,
Care for it and let it be a first step.
So if you have any expectations towards perfection,
Hello,
Compassion,
You are and you are exactly where you need to be step by step.
So whatever you're achieving for yourself today,
Give yourself gratitude and see what happens to the connection in that situation.
How do you connect now?
Is there a shift?
What became possible in your way to connect to the other flower?
So what does the act of self-treat do to the situation?
What do you offer to the situation unconditionally?
You are an offer for healing.
And do you still perceive the two different unique colors,
Yours and the color of the other flower?
Unique,
Uncomparable,
In connection,
Whole each of them.
So is there anything else that your flower needs in order to have herself,
Himself,
So to have yours and to allow the other to have his or her color?
So treat yourself,
Provide yourself with what you need in order to feel whole,
Connect to your body,
Feel the effect on your body.
And then finally,
You are whole and you are an offer for healing and freedom,
For compassion and growth.
So in your own time and pace,
Let go of that situation.
Make any adjustments you need to do inside of your body,
Your system,
There in that natural place where you are.
Connect to the trees,
The beings around you,
Being present in their own self-care.
And yet,
Vibrating in that unconditional love for you,
For everyone,
Unconditionally.
Perceive yourself being a part of them and being you and whole.
And there's nothing you need to do.
In your own time and pace,
Come back from the trance or stay as long as you wish in your self-care connection.
