Hello,
Welcome.
I am putting together this meditation for you for planting new seeds.
So thinking about what you want to grow in your life,
What you want to change,
What you want to evolve,
And directions that you want to take that you may not have taken before.
So just that sense of newness,
Of planting,
Planting again,
If something didn't work out in the past,
And how you can step forward.
So come into a comfortable seated position,
Close your eyes,
Let your body relax,
And just soften a little bit.
Soften the shoulders,
The back,
The jaw,
The hands,
Soften the hips,
The belly,
Even soften the legs and the toes.
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose,
And then gently exhale out of your mouth.
One more time,
Breathing in through your nose,
And exhale out of your mouth.
Now begin to envision spring.
Flowers are just starting to bud out of the trees,
Out of the ground.
They're coming to life.
Despite the cold that may have come before,
Nature knows how to come back alive.
And feel into that energy.
Feel into the energy of the sunshine bringing new things forward.
Feel into the energy of strength,
How much it takes for nature to bloom.
And start to feel that energy from nature right in your stomach.
Maybe there's even a little bit of fire that's coming from the sun,
That sunshine energy.
And what are you bringing to life?
Notice what's going on with the body,
What's going on with the breath.
Notice where your thoughts are going.
Coming back to that sensation of bursting out of the dirt,
Out of the trees,
Feeling that growth happening,
Feeling that sense of energy,
Of aliveness,
Feeling that sense of being unstoppable.
And what would you do?
If there was anything that you could do right now to start new,
What would you do?
Let your mind wander.
Let the possibilities be endless.
Feel that strength,
That power,
That resilience that's within inside of you.
And trust it.
Trust yourself to grow,
To bloom,
To take new steps forward.
Take a few more deep breaths and really trust and feel that energy.
Knowing anything truly can happen at any moment if you just plant the seeds and allow yourself to grow.
It's yours for the taking.
So thinking about what you'll do next.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Exhale out of your mouth,
Letting the past go and being ready to walk forward.
Gently opening your eyes and I wish you well in planting your new seeds.
