Welcome to your meditation to ground and settle your body and mind.
Please begin by taking some slow,
Deep breaths.
With each inhale,
You feel a sense of calm entering your body.
And with each exhale,
You melt deeper into this present moment.
Allow your body to adjust to a comfortable position.
You can be seated or laying down.
Whatever feels most natural to help you relax.
Moving slowly,
Nurturing the muscles,
The joints,
Every part of your body that supports you every day.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Finding a steady rhythm to your breath.
As your body melts and your mind clears,
You fully give yourself permission to relax and be in this moment.
And notice all of the places in your body that is touching a surface underneath you.
Feeling fully supported and stable.
With a sense of calm and a sense of strength as you root down.
Allow heaviness to exist.
Feeling grounded and being still.
And as you breathe,
This beautiful feeling of security surrounds you.
The breath will move gently in and out of your body.
An awareness of what it feels like to be stable,
To be supported.
And notice how your own breath and your own body can give you those feelings.
And sensations may build as you bring more attention to your body.
Sensations may build as you bring more attention to your breath.
Still feeling calm.
Notice your feet,
Your legs,
Your ankles,
Your knees.
Notice all of the muscles,
The bones,
The joints,
Your hips,
Your sits bones.
Taking deep breaths.
And everything's focused on the lower half of your body.
Feeling that connection that exists.
Both with the breath moving in and out.
And the body touching the surface underneath you.
Knowing that your breath and your body give you the stability and the strength that allows you to move forward.
Gently following your breath.
And feeling this security within your own body and within your own mind.
A grounding calm.
A knowing and a remembering of who you are and what is important to you.
Give yourself the space to feel what you need to feel.
Remaining with your breath.
And permission to grow your own roots.
To remember your own strength and to build your own internal stability.
No matter what happens in the world around you,
You are secure.
You are grounded.
And you are present.
You are grounded.
You are secure.
And you are present.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale,
Let it all go.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
And when you are ready,
Gently opening your eyes.
Moving your body slowly.
And coming back into the world around you.
Ready to return boldly to your day.
