Let's connect.
Before we connect,
I just want to give a bit of theory.
So,
Our awareness,
Our existence,
Has a physical aspect and has a spiritual or energy aspect.
Normally,
When we are on the move,
We are on the physical aspect with the ego identity.
When we meditate,
We're moving into higher vibration and we're connecting to our energy or spiritual aspect.
That connection takes place through awareness and awareness of energy.
That's what connects us,
The subtleness.
Awareness is what bridges the energy and the physical.
Normally,
Our awareness is only focused on the physical,
On our mind,
On our emotion,
And what's happening in our life,
On our human form,
And on our life as they manifest outside and inside.
Normally,
We're not focusing on the energy,
Meaning on the light vibration that connects the inside and the outside in a more subtle way and allows us to feel the unity.
So,
As much as we are going back into that acknowledgement and sensation,
And we're allowing ourselves to be in that softness,
We feel better.
It's very simple because the truth is unity.
Yeah,
Reality is united.
And as long as we live in separation,
We suffer.
So,
This meditation,
Like all meditations,
Are to support us to train in presence with the subtlety so we can feel the unity.
Okay,
And of course,
This can only take place in present moment because everything is happening now.
So,
Let's connect to present moment and let's connect,
First of all,
To more stronger vibration,
Like breathing,
And then later we connect more to subtle vibration.
So,
Let's observe the breath,
First of all.
Just observe the quality of your breathing right now.
Where is it going?
Is it shallow or deep?
Is it going more to one side or another?
Okay,
And then let's observe also our emotional state.
Do we feel light?
Do we feel heavy?
What do you feel,
Especially in the heart center?
And we don't need to name the emotion necessarily,
But it's just a general feeling,
If it's like more towards happiness or more towards some kind of heaviness.
And as I mentioned,
I think,
In last meditation,
Every imbalance we're finding in one aspect of our existence can be in the breath,
Can be in the emotion,
Can be in physical sensation,
Normally appears everywhere else.
Okay,
So normally if the breath is shallow,
Normally emotionally we don't feel well,
Normally our aura will be tight,
Normally physically we don't feel amazing,
Etc.
And our mind,
Of course,
Is not relaxed.
So,
If we connect to one aspect of our existence,
Either emotional,
Mental,
Physical or energetical,
That is imbalance,
So normally it will refer also to the other aspects.
And vice versa,
Once we're releasing one,
It will also release the rest.
So,
In a way it doesn't matter what we're starting with,
Because everything will affect everything.
Okay,
But just to be on the same page,
Let's pay attention first of all to our emotions.
Okay,
So we're just observing the quality of emotion in our heart center.
And here what is most important is not to identify.
If we feel heavy emotion,
Or strong emotion like sadness,
Or fear,
Or anxiety,
Or anger,
Just to acknowledge that it's something in my system,
Like I have an arm,
A leg,
I have also right now sadness.
But not to embrace it as my sadness.
And as we're observing the emotion,
Let's also become aware that we are aware of the emotion,
Of that relationship between awareness and the object now is emotion.
And that awareness is your key to complete freedom,
Complete,
Complete freedom,
Enlightenment.
That awareness that you're using right now.
Because that awareness holds the ability to only focus on your human existence,
Which we do all the time,
But in the same time has the ability to acknowledge its infinity.
Same awareness,
Yeah?
Yeah.
As much as we're constricting the awareness only to the human form,
We suffer more,
And as much as we allow the awareness to be infinite,
We suffer less,
Or we don't suffer at all.
Okay?
So,
What does it mean to have an infinite awareness?
It means that you allow your mind,
Which awareness is the most pure aspect of it,
To become boundless.
And not to shrink your mind into the size of your body,
Your thoughts,
Your emotion.
To keep the mind boundless,
Infinite.
Awareness is the lightest energy there is.
Therefore,
When you direct awareness on an object that right now feels heavy,
It will transform it,
It will harmonize it.
So,
Let's acknowledge,
First of all,
That our awareness is boundless,
Is infinite.
Instead of focusing the awareness towards any object,
Let it expand,
Let it expand,
Let it expand,
With no boundaries,
With no end.
Let it be infinite,
Let it occupy the whole creation.
It's not something you need to do,
It's something you need to allow,
Because this is its natural state.
Okay?
So,
Your body,
That normally we acknowledge it's a limit,
Limit in our skin,
Right now it feels that it's limitless.
Although you have a skin,
But because the awareness is infinite,
Also the sense of a being is infinite.
So,
You feel that you are not ending.
And not only that,
It's that space of infinity,
Which is all around you,
Is alive,
Is big,
Big,
Big time alive,
Is vital,
Is vibrant.
So,
That space of awareness,
Which is the whole creation,
Let's say it's part of you,
Really it's you,
But just to go step by step,
It is part of you,
Or you are part of it,
And it's completely,
Completely alive.
If you see colors,
You see colors in all that infinite space.
If you feel vibration,
You feel vibration from all that infinite space.
All that infinite space.
If it's just knowing,
You know that it's alive,
You're going to know that.
Each one of us perceives the vitality of creation in our own way,
It doesn't matter.
But what matters is to feel that you are in a complete,
Vibrant,
Living space.
That vibrant space and your emotions needs to synchronize,
Needs to harmonize.
Then you're going to feel amazing.
Then you're going to feel blissful.
So,
Invite the tension in your heart center to synchronize with that infinite space.
You can always use affirmation,
I'm inviting the tension in my heart center to synchronize with the infinite space surrounding me.
Then we go to our nervous system.
Or we can say to a sense of nervousness within our system.
A sense that our nervous system is not relaxed.
It's busy,
It's charged,
It's not soft.
And again,
Acknowledge it as the whole creation which acknowledges that part of it is not in accord,
Is not in vibration with the rest.
So,
Inviting the nervous system to synchronize.
Remember,
Always you're all there is and you're calling tension to synchronize with who you already are or is.
That sense of separateness is completely illusory,
Is not true.
To go deeper and to harmonize more tension into liberation,
Try to be precise in the recognition of layers of tension in your body.
The tension of the nervous system appears in layers.
And you know you're connecting to a layer because when you're touching with your awareness that layer,
You get symptoms.
Your breath gets shorter.
You feel more shaky or vibrant in a way that is not comfortable.
You suddenly connect to emotions.
That means you hit a layer that is charged.
Once you hit that layer,
Again,
As the whole creation,
You're inviting that layer of tension in your system to synchronize.
Those layers can be recognized from the very center of the physical body all the way out to the skin and then continuing to the aura.
You can scan for them and you know you're hitting an imbalanced layer because suddenly you get symptoms.
But once you hit an imbalanced layer,
It's like hitting gold.
It's so precious because it will release,
It will soften,
It will harmonize.
Then you're going to feel much better.
Another area of tension is the area of the brain,
The mind.
Even if your mind,
Maybe it's relaxed now,
Maybe there's still leftover charge,
Sensation of heaviness or like slight headache or pressure or fullness in the head.
So let's invite those sensations as well to synchronize with the whole creation which you are.
I'm inviting any heaviness in my brain,
In my head to synchronize with infinity.
When you do so,
You have to be very clear who is that I that invites.
Is it the little I,
The person which normally you identify as?
Or is it Brahman,
You know,
The infinite I?
Which this is the truth.
So creation invites itself or part of itself to harmonize with the wholeness.
And here comes the biggie.
When you stop identifying as the person and you just completely dissolve this ego identity that all the time pulls to separation with the ocean of being.
It means,
Or practically what it means is that the mind stops doing any individuation.
It's not acting at separation.
It just completely softens into the ocean of pure consciousness.
That state of pure consciousness,
First it feels blissful,
Completely blissful,
Amazing.
Second,
It's the essence of the whole creation,
Of the stars,
Of the galaxies,
Of the trees,
The rocks,
The mountains,
The suns,
Everything.
This is the essence what creates everything.
So when you are in that complete pure consciousness state,
You are unifying or uniting with the source of all there is.
That's why it feels home.
That's why it feels blissful.
That's why it's deeply healing.
Because there is no friction there.
It's the beginning of everything.
This is not a far out state for yogis or Buddha.
This is for everyone,
All of us,
Everybody.
In fact,
This state,
When you are in that state,
Is the ultimate state of any cell,
Organ,
Molecule of your system.
It's what rejuvenates everything.
So let's take a minute to stay in that blissful state.
And if you still feel tension in any aspect of your existence,
Call that layer or that part of you to synchronize,
To harmonize.
You already all there is.
Only part of your human form is kind of lingering behind with tension,
With heaviness,
With thoughts.
Invite those parts to synchronize.
OK.
And because we are a group of like-minded beings on a spiritual practice,
On a spiritual path,
Let's take advantage from the fact that we are here sharing this space right now.
And visualize that we're forming a circle.
So visualize yourself taking a place in that circle.
And as you are sitting in your place,
Allow your mind to acknowledge the rest of the group in a circle.
See your mind recognizing the circle.
Allow your heart to connect through love to the rest of the group's heart.
Allow your breath to feel that it's uniting with the breath of everybody into one breath of love,
Of unity,
Of light.
And then let that breath be sacred.
So when you exhale,
You blow the power of love,
The power of life,
The power of unity to the rest of the group.
And when you inhale,
You receive those qualities so you can raise vibration.
All the time be conscious of the circle,
Receiving and giving to each other.
And into this beautiful circle,
Let's invite loved ones,
Friends,
Family,
Whoever we want can be animals,
Can be plants,
Can be who,
Whoever you want.
So they as well can enjoy and heal from that beautiful quality we're sharing.
When you are in pure consciousness state,
Everyone that will be in your presence will be supported immensely.
Like every part of your system,
The same will be harmonized and supported immensely.
So always the question,
When we finish the meditation and we start to move onwards with our day,
With our night,
How do we keep this beautiful state of being?
So number one is this practice that we just did is extremely powerful and it's affecting your nervous system.
As you're repeating this,
Either by listening to meditation or enjoying lives,
You're kind of like going to the gym,
You're strengthening the neurological pathways that supports this direct connection with the truth.
It's not my truth or anybody's truth.
It's just beyond any thought.
So it's the essence of everything.
That's why it is the truth.
So number one is practice.
Number two is acknowledge the truth in your mind.
Am I only this person or am I infinity?
If you're convinced with your mind that your mind doesn't have to be all the time tied into the human form,
It can be released to acknowledge infinity and you know that you felt it in meditation and you know this is how it works really.
So as much as you acknowledging it on daily basis during the day,
It will be easier for you to revert into that state.
Number three try to take short breaks during the day to move from the ego identity which is normal into that what we connected today.
Number four is introducing gratitude and humbleness as much as possible.
And this also will help us so much to calm the mind and to bring it into presence and to connect to the heart center.
Okay.
