
How To Calm Your Nervous System

Let us open our hearts and acknowledge both our physical and spiritual presence. In this meditation we must leave behind any daily concerns, and our pre-conceptions while dedicating 100% to this meditation, where we are going to detect through the senses and vibrations, the state of our nervous system and heal it as we expand our consciousness to the farthest reaches of creation, as you shine incredibly brightly for the universe. Okay,
So first of all,
Before we go into calming our nervous system,
Which is the theme of tonight,
Let's first acknowledge our unity.
Acknowledge our unity.
Just acknowledge unity,
Because reality is in the mind,
And the minute we say something,
It becomes reality,
Or it supports reality.
So let's just acknowledge that we are here together,
And we're here to support each other,
And to support ourselves,
And to connect.
Opening the heart,
Acknowledging that I'm here,
Present,
Acknowledging a lovely friend,
Spiritual community,
And deciding to leave everything that we did before,
What we're going to do after,
Aside,
And really,
Really dedicating 100% attention to this moment.
So this moment,
This moment can be scary.
If we really,
Really dive into this moment,
The ego maybe doesn't like it,
Because this moment is the only moment there is,
And ever been,
And ever will be.
So when we dive into this moment,
We're leaving behind leaving behind everything,
Everything,
Everything,
Everything that we consider is known.
Of course,
Our body,
Our mind,
Who we think we are,
You know,
Our achievements,
Our dreams,
Everything is gone.
We cannot take anything with us into this moment,
Really.
So this is challenging,
But on the other hand,
It's the most beautiful present we can give ourselves,
Because when we're really letting go of all those things,
What opens is an infinite space of unity with what is and what is not,
Because there is no difference.
And this connects us to the theme of tonight,
Which is calming the nervous system.
So nervous system,
Of course,
It's a medical term,
But I think all of us know when we're nervous,
You know,
What we call we are nervous,
We are tense,
We're not relaxed,
Some buzziness or uneasiness or something that doesn't feel right within us.
If it's really extreme,
So we are angry,
Very angry or very anxious,
So really not feeling comfortable.
But let's just try to recognize the state of our nervousness.
It might manifest in the breath,
It might manifest in the emotion,
It might manifest in different vibrations that are not very comfortable.
So just pay attention to the state of your nervous system right now.
And even if you don't feel any extreme sensation of pain or emotional discomfort,
You might feel some uneasiness.
So just try to define it even more clearly.
Maybe there's some buzziness or busyness inside you that you cannot give it a name really,
But you know it's not comfortable.
So try to identify and try to identify as wide as possible,
Meaning that if I have some tension,
Let's say in my right thigh,
That's okay,
But maybe that tension is to a lesser extent in my whole body,
Some vibration that it doesn't feel comfortable.
So try from the obvious,
Try to go global,
Wide,
And see if you can recognize a general uneasiness in the body.
This is the nervous system that is not balanced,
That it's a bit on a fight and flight versus softness.
Now just being with it and recognizing it as clear as possible helps so much to soften it,
Helps so much to release it.
Okay,
So when we recognize as global as possible this vibration that is not easy,
Try to lower your awareness into it and like merge with it,
Like not watching it,
Which is another beautiful way of being with it,
But let's try to merge with it as if we want to be the discomfort.
We want to reduce the space between me observing and tension within me or the nervous system to zero.
When you really dive deep into that sensation and you become that completely,
You might feel uncomfortable,
More uncomfortable,
But don't worry about it.
Just be with it and the system will calm down.
Remember to try to widen your awareness as global as possible,
Meaning try to recognize the state of the nervous system in the whole body in the same time.
And then once we are united in a way with the tension,
Let's feel that we are breathing into it as if the whole tension is a net,
Like a matrix of tension through the nervous system and we are like pumping air and softness into it as we inhale and when we exhale we're asking it to soften,
To relax,
To let go.
Everything with ease,
With calmness,
With love,
With kindness,
With softness,
To be even more powerful and effective.
Let's visualize or acknowledge that we're breathing in love to our nervous system and when we exhale the tension transforms into light and there is a transformation from tension into light and into expansion.
Beautiful.
So now when the nervous system in the body is more relaxed,
Let's check,
You can call it the virtual nervous system or the nervous system in the aura.
What does it mean?
It means that when we expand awareness outside the physical form,
We might recognize tension in the aura as well,
Not only inside the body.
So it doesn't mean that there is a nervous system outside the body but it means that the nervous system can recognize sensation outside the body.
Okay,
So let's widen gently,
Gently our awareness outside the physical form until we try to feel that there is some sensation that doesn't feel right in the aura or if you're watching colors or you perceive energy as colors,
You see colors are more dark or if you see shapes they will not be so nice.
Something will show you that that layer of the aura doesn't feel right and obviously the nervous system will be heavy,
Will vibrate in a way that is not comfortable.
So try,
Go out gently and try to stop in the first layer that you feel unbalanced vibration.
Once you recognize it,
Let's use the same technique,
Try to melt yourself into that layer of imbalance,
Meaning that your whole being is that tension and don't worry about it.
When you're really there,
Maybe the tension will reveal emotion inside it,
Maybe it reveals memories inside it,
Maybe it releases different colors.
So whatever comes from the tension,
Just be with it.
It may be altering your breathing,
Just be with it.
You know it's working because slowly there is more relaxation,
Slowly less tension in the aura as well.
And here we can apply the same technique we did in the body to inhale light and love into the whole layer of tension around the body and to exhale visualizing that that layer become radiant,
Bright,
Beautiful.
If that layer feels now better or maybe completely open,
Just expand further out from that layer and see if there is a further out layer that still feels a bit heavy.
Just to say that the breathing will always react to imbalance.
So when you go into an unbalanced layer,
Immediately you're going to feel the breath imbalanced,
Tight.
Just be there once you're recognizing it.
Again,
Try to identify it as global as possible all over the body and then dive into it,
Become it,
Unite with it.
I am the tension of the second layer for example and relax into it.
Allow the tension to overwhelm your whole being and it will dissipate.
It must be like this.
Tension can only be kept by distance,
By not looking at it,
Not being with it,
Not acknowledging it.
But the minute you're acknowledging and become it,
It will lose its power immediately.
Great.
So now we can expand to infinity.
Allow your awareness to expand,
Expand and expand to the whole creation and acknowledge that you are a source of light,
You can say the sun of creation,
And you're shining like crazy in the middle of the universe.
And your light must fill up the whole universe.
It should not be separate from the universe.
So your light must be the light of the universe.
If you don't see it like this,
You can say,
I am the light of creation.
Now this is not ego things.
The mind might say,
Were you kidding?
Or you have such a big ego.
No,
No,
No,
It's not like this.
The creation is light.
When you say,
I am the light of creation,
It doesn't mean that it's only you.
It means that you unite with the light of creation that is there already.
I am the light of creation.
Now if you feel that your being is still holding away from the light,
Just give permission for yourself to really radiate infinite light in and all around you and relax to it.
It's natural.
It's not a chore.
It's not a job to do.
It's to relax into something that is already is.
It's to allow.
And in that process of being the light of creation,
You stop being you.
The drop is ocean.
Now,
If still there is any tension in your mind or your body or your emotion or the energy system,
Just invite that part of you that is tense to soften,
To synchronize with the infinite being which you are,
With the whole creation.
Because this is the only truth there is,
Is that we are everything.
And we get into trouble when we're separating from that everythingness.
So as much as becoming everything,
We feel more amazing.
Now it doesn't mean that we cannot function in our life.
Actually,
We're going to function a million times better.
Wonderful.
And then the last thing to do is to ask our heart to join the infinite expansion.
So it's infinite light and infinite love.
I'm inviting my heart to expand to infinity so I can unite completely with the infinite love that is everywhere,
That is everything,
That is me,
And that is everyone.
Again,
Nothing to do,
Just to acknowledge and enjoy.
It's so beautiful.
Beautiful.
Now let's invite people that we know they need some help,
Some support to this circle,
To this experience we're all experiencing together.
And let's visualize that we're creating a matrix of light all around planet Earth to share the light with all humanity breathing together,
One mind,
One heart,
One breath.
Creation is in our mind.
This is powerful to say,
And actually the mind cannot comprehend this.
If inside us there is peace,
We radiate peace,
We are peace,
And then there is a better chance for this world to transform.
If inside us there is war,
That's what we give out.
It's inside us.
It's our responsibility to feel amazing.
So for that,
I really recommend that you don't let your nervous system get out of balance,
You know,
To the point that it's very difficult.
It takes a lot of effort to bring it back.
If you feel off,
Just connect with the nervous system,
Just breathe into it.
It'll come down.
It's not complicated at all.
