Let's begin a manifesting meditation.

This is made more powerful because of its underlying hypnosis technique.

Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit and lie down without any distractions and take deep breaths with your eyes closed,

Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

As you breathe,

Allow yourself to relax more and deeply with each exhale.

Imagine a warm soothing light spreading throughout your body,

Starting at the top of your head and flowing all the way down to the tips of your toes.

Now,

As you continue to breathe deeply and evenly,

Visualize the things that you want to manifest in your life.

Go for gold,

Make it all up,

Even the most impossible.

Picture them and feel them as if they are already happening and you are already living the life you desire.

As you visualize,

Repeat affirmations to yourself in your mind.

For example,

I am abundant in all areas of life.

I am confident and capable.

I am surrounded by love.

I am surrounded by all possibilities.

I am capable of achieving my goals and dreams.

I am worthy of success and happiness.

I trust the universe to guide me towards my highest good.

I am grateful for all the abundance in my life.

I release any negative thoughts or beliefs that are holding me back.

I embrace positivity.

I embrace all aspects of life.

As you continue to focus on your affirmations and your visualizations,

Allow yourself to feel the emotions that come with them.

Feel the joy,

The excitement,

And the gratitude as if your manifestations have already come true.

Visualize now.

Feel it now.

Visualize it now.

It is real now.

Let's take a few moments to continue with the visualization and all of the feelings that come with it.

Breathing deeper than normal,

And so it is.

Now,

As you slowly come out of your meditation,

Take another few deep breaths and visualize a bright light surrounding you again,

Protecting you and guiding you towards your manifestations.

And when you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes and take a few moments to reflect on your experience now.

Feel that feeling.

Feels good.

Feels real.

Accepting.

Manifesting.

Remember that manifesting your desires is a process,

And the more you focus on your positive thoughts and emotions,

The closer you will come to living that life you desire.
