As you relax and breathe, Just an awareness that essentially we are energy and information. Now where energy flows, An expansion occurs. So just becoming aware of a part of your body where you might just want. Maybe a loosening of the muscles, A relaxation of the breath. Breathing into your heart space. Moving your attention from the mind into the heart. Allowing yourself to begin to imagine love, The energy of love flowing in your heart space. Become aware. Love spreading through every cell in your body. Especially to that part of you that might have been holding onto something that no longer serves you. As love begins to flow, Allowing yourself to imagine a new possibility, Something you might not have thought of before. Breathing your attention. How that frequency of love feels. Letting go of any thoughts. Allowing yourself to just be. Allowing yourself to feel. We're in a safe space. Allowing yourself to let go. Something that's been holding you. Simply by acknowledging the truth. That it no longer needs to hold you. The truth that you are love. You are love in motion. Love can guide you to heal. Love can guide you towards joy.
