Shifting Realities

When you start living according to what is genuinely right for you the energy centre around you shifts and life becomes effortless. When you are experiencing fear and a need to protect, you are living in contraction and with an unconscious need to control. Within the heart space, there is an expansive trust and frequency of love that can alchemise fear and profoundly shift your reality.
