Hello,

My name is Himavayas.

Welcome to the evening group immersion.

Getting ready to unwind,

Getting ready to let go of the day as you get ready to either go into relaxation mode or get ready to go to sleep at night.

Getting yourself into a space in place where you can de-stress from the day,

Where you can disconnect from the day with your eyes gently closed.

Become aware of all the people who have added to your day either physically or emotionally or energetically.

A moment to say goodbye and good night to them for the day.

Become aware of a quick recap of your day whether you spent it doing something you loved or something that you had to do but yet was filled with some level of love.

Become aware,

Quickly running through your day,

Letting it go,

Letting it go as you now come back into your own space.

A deep sense of gratitude for whatever the day might have brought.

Getting ready to welcome the night,

Welcome your space,

Your time to regroup,

To rejuvenate,

To revitalise yourself.

Letting go of anything you might be holding on to knowing that you are surrounded by love and support,

That everything is taken care of.

Knowing that you are not alone as you get ready to go into the creative space,

The evening,

The relaxation space.

Allowing your heart to be filled with a sense of peace.

Restoring the energy to your heart,

Restoring the energy to your body.

Getting ready to unwind and let go.

Tomorrow is a new day but for now you can take it easy drifting into a lovely state of relaxation.

Slowly unwinding,

Starting with your feet.

Letting go of all the stress we hold in our feet.

Almost imagining they're being gently massaged.

Imagining and letting go are releasing a wonderful feeling.

Well-being as that relaxation spreads to your ankles,

To your calves.

Relaxing the muscles in your body,

Letting go of any tension.

You might have held there as you allow the relaxation to spread to the tops of your thighs,

Your hips flowing into your body.

Healing,

Relaxing every cell in your body,

All your organs.

Relaxing being filled with a sense of peace,

Sense of love as the energy flows up through the chest,

Through the shoulders,

Down the length of your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingertips and gently flowing back up.

Flowing all the way up through your chest into your neck.

Flowing beautifully from your head all the way through the top of your head.

As you get ready to go to sleep or relax.

I allow you to drift into a lovely state of relaxation,

A sense of gratitude for you,

For your presence and a deep sense of gratitude for those who are sharing this experience with you.

Drifting into a lovely collective state of relaxation and rest where you are able to share ideas,

To be creative inspired.

As you rest and sleep deeply through the night,

Waking up inspired.

Deep relaxation,
