If you would like to get comfortable either sitting or lying down with your eyes gently closed,
Taking a nice deep breath,
Breathing deeply into your heart and know that you are safe.
Know that my voice will guide you no matter where you are.
With your eyes gently closed,
Becoming aware of being in your own space as well as a beautiful awareness of the others on this group immersion,
Both being supported and supporting you.

Allowing yourself to use your imagination or your senses to go into a wonderful space,
Relaxation,
Imagination,
Allowing yourself to feel safe.
As you imagine having a beautiful walk on a beach,
It's a wonderful warm day gentle breeze,
The sun is beginning to set.
And in this space and place,
You know that you are in your own space and yet divinely surrounded by the energies of all those who are on this journey with you,
Both past,
Present and future.
This is your journey,
Your emotion,
Allowing yourself to go into a deep,
Deep state of relaxation.
As you imagine walking barefoot,
Golden sand,
The waves gently caressing your feet,
The sound of the ocean,
Safe,
Gentle.
In this space,
Allowing yourself to feel safe.
A connection to your heart space.
All of nature has a unique sound.
Your heart has a unique rhythm.
And when your heart connects with those around you,
Creating a beautiful symphony,
Become aware of your heartbeat,
Expressing to you in silent whispers the truth contained within your heart,
Who you are,
The truth of why you are here,
The truth of what it is that you need to let go of in order to allow your heart's energy to transform any memories,
Thoughts,
Feelings that have held you back into something that is creative,
Powerful,
Beautiful,
Beyond measure.
In the distance you can see,
Looks like a beautiful fire walking towards a fire.
Fire of transformation,
The fire of liberation,
The fire of alchemy,
It is unlike any other fire,
It has a beautiful emerald wind,
A green hue.
As you approach it,
You immediately feel your heart opening up,
Expanding,
The energy contained within your heart.
In this space,
Releasing any thoughts,
Feelings,
Memories that may have held you back as you begin to tune into your ability to create,
To manifest love in its highest form,
Love that is pure,
That is unconditional.
Allowing the fire to communicate with you what that love looks and feels like as your heart continues to both beat to its own rhythm as well as releasing and creating new possibilities,
New potential.
Fire acting as the creative,
Transformative vehicle for your heart to begin to create from a place of love,
Connecting to universal energies,
The spaces and places within the universe that seem empty and yet are filled with pure potential,

That love going out into the universe attracting universal energies that resonate the energy of love back down to this earth,
Back down to the hearts of those around you,
Back into your heart,
Allowing your heart to open even more,
Resonating the frequencies of universal love,

A beautiful sound that vibrates throughout the universe.
As you feel fully connected to yourself in your heart,

Imagining walking back along the golden sand,
The waves gently caressing your feet as you walk back,
A deep sense of loving gratitude for yourself and those around you,
Those who have been part of this journey both presently as well as in the past as well as those who are going to be joining in the future time knows no distance,
A wonderful sense of connection.
As you begin to ground yourself in the present safe,
Secure,
Calm,
Confident from this space in place sending this love out to the universe,
