I'd like you to get comfortable either sitting down or lying down with your eyes gently closed.
Breathing deeply into your heart,
An awareness of an intention that all sacred relationships begin with ourselves but are essentially about connecting to others from a space and place of love,
Honoring who we are,
Honoring who they are.
With your eyes gently closed,
Breathing into your heart,
Becoming aware of your own intention around your sacred relationship with yourself and those around you.
In particular,
Those that mean the most to you while also being aware that you are on a group immersion with others who are doing the same thing,
Honoring your journey as well as honoring theirs.
Become aware for this journey you are going to connect to your own sacred space.
Become aware your sacred space is your space that you spend a few moments now connecting to and creating,
A space that is peaceful and tranquil,
A space that is alive,
Nurturing,
A space that is amazing,
A space that has a space for those who are part of the world of this journey knowing that energetically they are within you and all around you supporting you as you support them.
This sacred space is made all the more sacred,
The presence of beautiful candles,
Crystals placed in a circle and while you are at the center of the circle,
Inviting those on this group immersion to share this space with you.
The space can be as big or as small as you like and yet knowing there is space enough in the center becoming aware of all the candles,
The lights that are illuminating this sacred circle.
Seven crystals,
One in the center and six all around creating a sacred star,
Six outer crystals,
A journey to reconnect to the sacred space within yourself that all relationships flow out of.
Become aware either sitting or lying down in the center from your heart energy flowing to the outer circle connecting to the crystal that is red,
A beautiful red crystal that activates the sacredness that is rooted in all of us,
The sacredness that is communicated through an internal invisible grid and yet is ever present.
A sacred relationship is that of unity,
Acceptance,
Unconditional love rooted in our being of these qualities.
As the energy continues to flow from your heart allowing energy to go to the outer circle,
The light,
The candle,
The crystal that is orange.
A sacred relationship is nourishing,
Growing,
Evolving,
Emerging from a latent state to an awakened state.
In this space as the energy from your heart goes out encompassing all those within the circle creating that sacred connection between you and these qualities.
As the energy continues to flow,
Moving around allowing the energy from your heart to go out to the outer circle,
To the light,
The candle,
The crystal that is bright golden yellow.
A sacred relationship is one that is inspiring and inspired.
A sacred relationship is one where we have the power,
The resources,
The will to be of service,
To be with purpose.
The energy flows from your heart to the outer circle encompassing everyone within,
Fusing them,
Rooting them with connection,
Nourishment,
Purpose.
As you move around from your heart energy flowing out to the outer circle,
The light,
The candle,
The crystal that is green,
Emerald green,
Bright beautiful.
The energy of love,
A sacred relationship is infused with unconditional love,
Lightness with happiness,
With joy.
Activating the energy center within the heart to connect to the sacred within you as the energy from your heart flows out encompassing everyone in the circle this energy.
As you move around the energy from your heart flowing out to the outer circle,
To the light,
The candle,
The crystal that is beautiful sapphire blue.
A sacred relationship,
Open honest sacred communication.
Sacred communication is that which is kind,
Loving and yet truthful.
Allowing your heart,
Your voice to experience,
Express and receive truth.
Honest communication that is open,
Vulnerable,
Gentle yet powerful.
As the energy from your heart continues to flow encompassing everyone within this space.
As you move around allowing the energy from your heart to flow out to the outer circle,
To the light,
The candle,
The crystal that is a beautiful violet crystal,
A beautiful amethyst.
A sacred relationship encompasses the whole,
A sacred relationship not only serves the individual,
The individuals involved but also the universal individuals.
Allowing the sacred relationship from within you to flow out to those around you.
Healing any past,
Any ancestral relationships that were less than sacred,
That may have been transactional,
Returning back to that which is sacred,
Pure unconditional.
And as the energy centres from your heart and those in the outer circle begin to flow encompassing everyone within the circle as well as radiating out to those in the outer circle,
Embracing the whole of the universe as a beautiful golden white light is activated from within your heart all around you.
Filling the space within you and all around you as far as the heart can reach.
Filling the space with unconditional love,
Unconditional loving embrace and acceptance,
Embracing all patterns that were the opposite of the sacred relationship.
As you reconnect to the sacred relationship within you,
Inspiring those around you to do the same as safe space of vulnerability,
Unconditional love,
Truth,
Kindness,
Connection,
Nourishment,
Creativity,
Rooted in the ground,
Rooted in stability,
Coherence,
Connection.
A wonderful feeling of wellbeing as you are filled with love and gratitude for yourself for those around you,
Those who have been part of this journey,
Who are present now,
Who are going to be here in the future,
Who have been here in the past.
A beautiful open space and a beautiful open portal to love,
To unity,
To connection.
Every part of you with gratitude releasing those around you as you find yourself reconnecting to your space filled with love and gratitude,
Having connected to the sacred within you,
Able to create those sacred relationships around you.
Gently returning to your space,
Gently returning to love in your space as your feet touch the floor fully grounded in the present,
Gently opening your eyes when you're ready.
A wonderful feeling of wellbeing,

Safe,
Secure,
Fully grounded in the present.
