Become aware of feeling safe as you go on this journey to heal this aspect of yourself.
An intention to heal.
Not only your sacral energy,
But any ancestral trauma that may be held in your body,
In your DNA,
To heal the collective sacral energy.
Become aware,
Placing that intention in your heart.

Imagine being in an open space.
Become aware of being in an open space.
Surrounded by beautiful old ruins.
Something very ancestral about this space.
Like a big coliseum.
That's no longer active,
But has been filled with memories from the past.
In this space,
Become aware of the group immersion,
Become aware of others energetically who are also.
On this journey with you,
Inviting their energies to come along and support you as you journey.
To a space in place of healing within yourself.
Those around you,
Those who have gone before you and therefore clearing the space for those who come after you.
A sense of love and support filling this space.
Collectively working towards the same goal.
To reconnect to trust.
To reconnect to intimacy.
Connection.
Love.
In the distance you can hear a beautiful gentle drumming.
Almost sounds like a gentle heartbeat.
Becoming aware of your intention to invite people you love into this space.
To invite family members,
To invite ancestral members.
Parents,
Grandparents,
Aunts,
Uncles,
Cousins.
Loved ones.
Inviting those you've been in relationships with.
Especially those that have been intimate in nature.
To be energetically present.
To release that which no longer serves you.
To heal that which may have hurt or wounded you.
To heal the spaces and places in others you may have hurt or wounded.
This is a beautiful healing space where love lives.
And in this open space becoming aware.
Beautiful sounds of nature.
Filling the background.
The sound of a gentle breeze.
The sound of birds singing somewhere in the distance.
The sound of a gentle stream.
The sounds of nature.
And in this space become aware.
As you're surrounded by all your family,
Friends,
People you have loved.
An awareness of where the trust may have broken down.
Awareness of stories and myths and ideologies that have held wounds in place.
Allowing yourself to look for a space where you can create the most beautiful fire.
But unlike other fires this fire is going to be made up of a violet flame.
A beautiful fire that is cool to the touch.
Creating this fire.
Imagining it beginning to burn brightly.
Imagine.
The space and place within and around you.
Being alive.
Vibrant.
This flame somehow impacting the energy all around.
The flame being bright.
Wild.
And yet cool so you know you are safe.
Starting with yourself.
Imagining energy from your heart leaving this space.
Going into the flame being transformed into healing energy.
Starting with the most recent memory of hurt.
Where trust has been broken.
Where the sacral space within you has been wounded.
Feel the energy of the flame.
Absorbing the past.
Absorbing history.
Absorbing the memories.
Transforming the memories into the truth that everything happens for a reason.
There is a loving reason behind your experiences.
Becoming aware.
Of inviting.
A recent partner or partners from the past.
To do the same those you've been intimately connected with.
Inviting.
The fire to absorb and transform.
You and those you've loved those who have loved you.
And now inviting your siblings to do the same.
Inviting.
Family members,
Your parents,
Grandparents,
Aunts,
Uncles.
Inviting them all to do the same.
And as you do the fire the flame gets higher.
Always remembering it is a core flame.
And therefore you feel safe in its presence.
Safe in the journey.
As you now invite those who are part of this space to join you to do exactly the same.
The beautiful flame.
Igniting within you and each of you.
A sense of trust.
Trust that grows with each person.
Who is willing to be vulnerable.
Who is willing to release into the flame that which no longer serves.
You that no longer serves them.
That no longer serves humanity.
Allowing the energy of love to flow from within you and around you.
The stronger the flame the more it begins to fill this space that you're in.
Surrounding each and every person in this space.
Allowing the flame that is called to the touch to begin to spread all around.
Becoming so bright,
So vibrant that it begins to go out into the universe.
Opening up universal portal energies.
Opening up energy centers around that bring healing from other dimensions,
Other spaces.
Bringing these energies down to this earth,
This beautiful earth that is our home.
Giving us a new perspective on sacred relationships.
Giving us new perspective on what it means to be truly intimate with ourselves with others.
Opening up channels of communication around vulnerability,
Trust,
Love,
Connection,
Intimacy.
Allowing the energy of love to inhabit every space and place within you,
Around you,
Within everyone who is here present in this space amazing feeling of love,
Connection,
Intimacy.
Allowing some part of you to feel the healing that has happened on an energetic level.
To move into the emotional and physical realms within you.
Healing every part of you.
Safely releasing the people in this space with love and gratitude for their presence,
For their input,
For their love,
For their support.
As you feel their love and gratitude towards you.
Wonderful feeling of well-being.
As you release each and every person.
And when each and every person has cleared from this space,
Gently embracing this beautiful violet flame into your heart.
Transforming the space within your heart.
Transforming the sacral chakra into a space and place of connection,
Of nourishment,
Trust.
A wonderful feeling of well-being as you begin to connect back into the present,

A wonderful feeling of healing having occurred,
Safe and secure,
