To balance the lower meridian,
Take two fingers from the opposite hand and place it on the inside of the big toe.
Now trace the fingers over the top of the foot,
The front of the ankle,
And then move to the inside of the leg,
Tracing a line up to the groin,
Diagonally up and out to the waist,
Diagonally up and in to the midpoint of the ribcage,
Just below the center of the brace.
And now repeat two more times on the same side of the body,
And then three times on the other.
So that each side receives three flushes.
You can use this technique more times if you so wish,
If you feel that your body would benefit from this.
A balanced liver meridian.
Will help to balance stress,
Toxins in the body,
Inflammation and an excess of heat.
Which one can feel as temperature rising.
But also emotions rising.
Once you flush this three times each side,
Please hydrate.
