Welcome to the Wise Heart Archetypes.
We're going to be exploring together some of the archetypes that live within us that are connected to the wise heart.
These are qualities,
Patterns,
And ways of being.
That can move in various ways through different seasons of our lives.
While all being connected to the wise heart within.
So let's start by looking at the truthful voice or the storyteller,
The communicator within you.
This is the part that longs to express itself authentically,
To share ideas.
To speak from the heart.
And to create meaningful connections through words.
The truthful voice understands that communication is not only about speaking.
It is also about listening,
Being present.
And allowing another person to be heard.
So we could ask ourselves.
Can I express my truth with kindness while remaining open to the truth of another?
And when this is taking play.
It's such a beautiful confirmation.
Of your wise heart.
Being in harmony.
Others with life.
Now let's move to the reflector,
Also known as the inner mirror.
Like a still pool of water.
This archetype allows you to observe yourself.
Through the experiences and relationships in your life.
So rather than judging yourself for what you discover,
From the place of the wise heart,
You begin to recognize your patterns with curiosity.
You notice where you are growing.
Where you may be seeking approval.
Perhaps where you have forgotten your own truth.
The reflector reminds one that self-awareness does not require self-criticism.
Question to ask is,
Can you observe yourself with greater neutrality today?
Let's now consider the sacred companion,
A part of you that understands the quiet power of connection.
The ability to sit with someone without needing to fix them.
To just listen.
With no judgment.
To offer encouragement where and when it is needed.
To sharing laughter.
And to be completely in presence with another.
The sacred companion knows that sometimes simply being present is enough.
With whom in your life may you offer more of this gentle and accepting present?
And finally,
Let's connect with the joyful one.
The one who delights in the warmth of the sun.
The laugh to share it with a friend.
The beauty of a flower.
Or the spontaneous moment.
That reminds you to not take life quite so seriously.
The joyful one within invites you to rediscover your capacity for wonder.
So can you allow yourself to experience joy without needing a particular reason?
Let's imagine these four qualities uniting.
The honesty of the boy.
Clarity of reflection.
The warmth of connection.
And the joy of the heart.
What image comes to mind when you bring these qualities together?
And can you see how a peaceful lake Resting beneath an open sky connects to each of these themes.
In the ancient wisdom of the I Ching.
Energy of the lake associates with joy,
With communication.
Reflection.
And exchange of wisdom.
Like the lake,
You can reflect the world.
Without needing to become.
Everything you see.
You can experience ripples on your surface while remaining connected to your deeper water.
You can laugh without denying sorrow.
Speak honestly without closing your heart.
And connect with others without abandoning yourself.
This is the wisdom of Laker.
To discover depth beneath the light.
Truth Beneath Words connection beneath the surface.
So which of these patterns,
Expressions,
Is asking to be more fully shown and alive in your life right now?
Is it the truthful voice?
Reflector.
The sacred companion or the joyful one.
Whatever arises,
Welcome it with curiosity.
And may you carry the wisdom of the lake into your day.
Welcoming in joy,
Honesty,
Reflection.
And connection to flow in a natural way.
And may you hold close to your wise heart.
The wisdom that is always with you.
Always present.
