To relax down and allow emotions to be peaceful.

One more deep breath in and on the next exhalation bring your attention now to the center of your chest,

Dropping down below the surface of the skin and just connecting with this area,

This inner space of your holistic being and just being really present with all that is happening here.

I nurture the flowering of compassion.
