Welcome to night seven of peaceful sleep.

Tonight you are invited to remember your wholeness.

Start by feeling your breath.

Now feel your presence.

Nothing is missing.

You are complete,

Exactly as you are.

Please repeat I am whole,

I am loved and I choose peace.

I am whole,

I choose peace.

Breathe in and as you exhale let go of any effort,

Let go of striving and trying so hard.

Know that yours is a soul to cherish.

And as you drift into sleep remember each night is a return to your truest self,

This rest is your birthright.

Let sleep carry you now home,

Gently and completely.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Good night.
