To activate the gall bladder and gall bladder meridian, bring your body into a lunge pose. Remain here for a few moments while breathing deeply and repeating the affirmation in this meditation. Repeat with the legs in swapped positions.

And taking a few deep slow inhalations allowing the exhalation to let go of whatever it is you need to let go of and then allow all the muscles in the body to just loosen,

Relax even further,

Feel the muscles relaxing outwards so feel an expansion throughout the top part of the body and the bottom part of the body as well as all the facial muscles allow the jaw to relax and just bring a sense of stillness into your inner self.
