The health of the small intestine is reflective of how the digestion processes food and how the mind processes experiences. If you struggle with bloating, stomach cramps, or a 'knot in the stomach' then you will benefit from using this affirmation regularly. Gently breathe into the gut while repeating the affirmation, aka conscious intention, in this short meditation. For added benefit, you can physically stretch out the small intestine while in an upward dog position.
