The Zombie Thoughts Guided Meditation Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Inhaling deeply into your stomach and relaxing your breath as you exhale.
Focus on your body,
Allowing your breath to be calm,
Your mind to be clear,
And your heart to be open.
Take a deep breath.
Take a deep breath.
Inhaling deeply into your stomach and relaxing your breath as you exhale.
Observe your mind.
When a thought occurs or an image passes through your mind,
See it as a zombie coming out of the ground.
Approach that zombie and push it back into the ground where it dissolves and becomes part of the earth again.
When the next thought comes,
Push that zombie into the ground where it dissolves into the earth and becomes fertilizer for the flowers.
Standing still,
Continue for a few moments during this practice on your own.
Take a deep breath.
And from the deep well in your heart to all the zombies rising from the earth,
Say,
No.
No.
Stretch your hands up before you and say,
No.
Feeling a great wave of power moving through your hands,
You say,
No.
This great wave of power flows through the field,
Presses all the zombies back into the earth,
Where they become fertilizer for the next generation of flowers,
Allowing the cycle of life to continue in all its beauty and with love.
When you are ready,
Take several deep breaths,
Returning to your body,
Stretching,
Moving,
Opening your eyes,
And writing down your experience in your journal.
