This specific practice not only helps you feel more connected to the earth but guides you in reaching upwards into the universe, pulling in the very source of your spiritual nature, merging it into your beautiful body! Whether you choose to use this grounding meditation practice regularly or simply take elements from it and create your own meditation, the tools you’ll gain from it will be invaluable. Following along even once will allow you to implement certain aspects of it while sitting in your car, feeling small in an important meeting, or any other time.
