Healing the Heart Guided Meditation.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Inhaling deeply into your stomach.

And relaxing your breath as you exhale.

Focus on your body.

Allowing your breath to be calm.

Your mind to be clear.

And your heart to be open.

Take a deep breath.

Inhaling deeply into your stomach.

Bring to mind.

The vision you have created for yourself.

Allow the images associated with your vision to flash through your mind.

Allow all the feelings and emotions associated with your vision to fill your consciousness.

Observing your feeling sense as you do.

Continue to observe your feeling.

Continuing to observe your vision.

Turn to the spaciousness in between the moments.

Allowing a sense of timelessness to surround you.

Through this place of timelessness,

Bring to mind a source of nourishment and love.

And receive.

Filling yourself and your vision with this nourishment and love.

Visualize yourself standing in an open,

Sunny field.

Beautiful yellow flowers surround you in all directions.

The rays of the sun representing your inner voice.

Traveling through the borderland of the atmosphere and coming into your body.

Receiving.

Invite your inner voice to help you with the process of unburdening your heart and allowing your emotions to flow.

Ask for help so that your creativity can shine in the world.

And ignite your vision with true passion,

True determination,

And an even greater confidence through your partnership with a vast source of light beyond yourself.

Receiving.

Observing your feeling sense.

Restoring openness and freedom in your breath and body.

Allowing the answers to come non-verbally into your body.

Eventually creating words and images in your conscious mind so that new understandings,

New choices,

New actions can take place in the world.

And real change,

Real awakening can anchor itself in your life.

When you are ready,

Take several deep breaths.

Returning to your body.

Stretching,

Moving.

Opening your eyes and writing down your experience in your journal.

Absolutely wonderful. I especially appreciated the note in the text description to have a vision or sense of your vision before starting the session.
