Welcome to this mantra meditation for feeling abundant.
The definition of abundant is to have plenty of something.
To be abundant is to have everything you need.
When we don't feel abundant it's usually because we are comparing our abundance to others.
We may have a nice car but we think the neighbour has a better one and the neighbour thinks their boss has a better car and so on and so on.
The feeling of not enough and feeling lack makes us feel jealous,
Worried,
Anxious and not enough.
We may have money but are afraid to spend it or think that abundance is only to do with wealth.
We can be abundant in love,
In health,
In relationships.
If you have a phone or laptop to listen to this on you are abundant.
If you have hearing you are abundant.
If you can understand English a language so many people have to learn to get a job you are abundant.
Take a deep breath in knowing this.
Hold at the top and exhale.
Make sure that you are comfortable either seated or lying down before we begin this meditation.
Let's introduce the mantra for this meditation.
I am abundant.
I am enough.
There is plenty for everyone.
I am abundant.
I am enough.
There is plenty for everyone.
There will be a five minutes of silence for you to repeat the mantra in your mind.
If you find your mind wandering off do not worry this is completely normal.
Thank yourself for having the awareness and then bring your mind back to the mantra.
I am abundant.
I am enough.
There is plenty for everyone.
I am abundant.
I am enough.
There is plenty for everyone.
I am abundant.
I am enough.
There is plenty for everyone.
I am abundant.
I am enough.
There is plenty for everyone.
I am abundant.
I am enough.
There is plenty for everyone.
I am abundant.
I am enough.
There is plenty for everyone.
I am abundant.
I am enough.
There is plenty for everyone.
I am abundant.
I am enough.
There is plenty for everyone.
I am abundant.
I am enough.
There is plenty for everyone.
I am abundant.
I am enough.
There is plenty for everyone.
Take a deep breath in and release along with the mantra.
You are abundant.
You are enough.
There is plenty for everyone.
As you come out of this meditation and back to your normal routine start to notice the abundance around you.
Have gratitude for the water you drink,
The food in your fridge,
The clothes you wear and the body and health you have.
Whenever you feel that lack or not enoughness think of just one thing you are grateful for to get yourself back into that feeling good state because you are abundant and you are enough.
Thank you so much for practicing with me.
I hope to practice again with you soon.
