This is intended to be more than a simple guided meditation. I have created it to be an immersive experience. We find ourselves on some rocks by the sea, and experience water that resembles liquid light, as we gently awaken our crown chakra, connecting it with our heart... cleansing and clearing, opening to a new and rejuvenated divine connection.
